We have everything you need for your wedding all in one place, so whatever ideas you may have, let us make them a reality.
The hotel is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships for up to 150 guests in our bright and airy function rooms. After saying your vows, you can kick back and relax and let us look after your wedding celebrations. Our experienced team will be on hand to take care of all your requirements, from a champagne arrival through to a wedding breakfast and an evening reception. The Abbey Suite is the main room for your reception and opens out onto a private courtyard on warmer days; perfect for a champagne reception to celebrate your new marriage. Our garden provides the perfect backdrop for photographs to remember your special day.

I can honestly say hand on heart that our wedding at the Holiday Inn was the best day of my life. Everything was perfect from start to finish and the way that we were looked after was unbelievable.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of the most memorable was the 1st weddings after lockdown. We've had a lot of couples booked with us who have had to postpone once or twice sometimes more. The team here were reunited doing what we love which was emotional in itself. But seeing family all in one room being able to celebrate was really special. To be honest this feeling hasn't worn off yet, somehow lock down has made weddings even more emotional!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember it is your day, don't lose sight of this. Choose exactly what you both want and have the day just as you want it. That way it will be perfect for you.

I think the flexibility, a lot of couple are surprised at how flexible we can be and also what is included! We can adapt a majority of elements and have a very enthusiastic chef who loves making unique yummy food to suit you. By having a lot included that gives you more pennies to spend on other stuff!

Our customer service and attention to detail, going the extra mile to ensure everyone is having a wonderful time.
