- Full wedding coordination service - Access to set-up the day before your wedding and the day after to remove items - Exclusive use of our grassed area at the front of the venue - Parking area - Fully staffed and stocked bar - Luxurious toilets - 2am late license (There is a surcharge for between 12am-2am) - Use of round and trestle tables, depending on your layout preference - Ivory table linen, Glassware - 100 chairs, with ivory seat covers - Two throne chairs and eight padded top table chairs If you'd like to hold your ceremony with us, as well as your reception, we have two beautiful ceremony areas to choose from, one rather intimate-seating a maximum of 44 guests and a larger area, suitable for 108 guests, both are priced at an additional fee of £300. Venue hire in 2022 is £3500 and in 2023 £4000.

With bags of natural light and rooms that just keep going you're not short of space here! We offer you exclusive use of our whole venue as standard. Whether you're looking for an intimate blessing under our wedding arch with hay bales, live music and hog roast, or a formal seated meal with a string quartet, or perhaps even a festival wedding with camping, BBQ and firepits we have it all here! We own the camping field adjoining the venue- so the option to welcome 300+ guests is no problem. We also cater for the small, intimate celebrations... Whatever you're imagining we can accommodate. We do not stipulate which suppliers you must use, so the freedom and flexibility we offer is unique. On hand is Hannah, our dedicated, enthusiastic wedding coordinator, who will guide you through the wedding planning with ease, helping you to find suppliers, devising an order of the day and being present the entire day to ensure your wedding flows perfectly. With beautiful photo opportunities, sublime sunsets and space to spare you can really let your imagination run wild!

We absolutely LOVE being part of your special day, it feels an honour and privilege every time! I don’t think we can put into words how much it meant to us to have their help, kindness and humour.
My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at Herons Park and it was absolutely fantastic!!! We couldn’t thank them enough and the whole team were outstanding and lovely. I don’t think we can put into words how much it meant to us to have their help, kindness and humour. We are truly so happy to have had our reception at Herons Park, it was the best decision I think we’ve made in very long time! I just wanted to say thanks for their accommodation, not just the bridal suite (which is beautiful and had everything we could have wanted!) but also our ideas. It went everywhere but the confetti cannons and the glitter station we put up were definitely a talking point. Also, the JÄGER TRAIN!! Best thing ever!!! Thank you again!!!!

We held our wedding reception at Herons Park last week at it was absolutely perfect!!! The venue is just stunning and Hannah was absolutely amazing, making suggestions and giving ideas to help us achieve the day we wanted. Hannah and Liam were super organised and the day could not have run any smoother. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and everyone went out of the way for us and our guests. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

A spring wedding in May 2017- the theme was colour! There was so much of it! There was also a live band, firework finale, deli burger van and a unicorn rodeo! It was amazing and a wedding i'll never forget!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Let people help! So often I see brides overwhelmed, because they still need to make this, or haven't chosen that... Ask your friends and family to pitch in, plan a crafting night with your bridesmaids! Have fun, whilst ticking something else off your list!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A guitar guest book- I thought this was so novel, as it's then a display piece- rather than a book sat in a drawer.

Sadly not, we live in hope! We could definitely accommodate a helicopter landing (just saying!)

Our children's play room always gets a lot of attention, as it's not something you see everywhere! We wanted the venue to be family friendly- that means no bored children! Equipped with toys and games we think it reflects the essence of what we are looking to achieve.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

That we have stayed true to what we wanted to achieve. I see so many venues churning out weddings every day of the week... We wanted to be different. We get to know our couples and want to know your story! Every couple is different, so every wedding should be too! We put our all into ensuring our couples have the best day possible. We only ever host one wedding per week.
