At Hautbois Hall we offer a blank canvas approach, where you can personalise your wedding day. You decide where you want to marry, which suppliers to book and how long you want to stay. Whether a large traditional, a small intimate with close family and friends or a laid back no frills wedding we can help you plan the perfect wedding day (or days!)
There are many different locations where you can hold your wedding ceremony. Whether inside the barn, within the grounds overlooking the river Bure and Bure Valley railway or on the Tennis Court lawn, the options are endless. With the introduction of the duo wedding ceremony you can now host your ceremony outside followed by signing the legal documents inside.
Another option that we offer only on midweek dates are Twilight ceremonies. Here the service takes place at 5 p.m and the entertainment follows straight on without many of the traditional formalities.
We will assist you as much as you need, giving recommendations for our highly-professional suppliers or you are totally free to bring in any of your own people.
Our in house Wedding Planner, Cheryl Beeney, will guide you through the whole booking. Cheryl has over 20 years experience within the wedding industry, overseeing approximately 500 weddings. She will co-ordinate all your suppliers on the day and will ensure everything runs smoothly from the time you arrive until time for bed. Every bride & groom has their quirks, especially when you have put so much planning into your day. Cheryl will ensure all the details, no matter how small are carried out.

We had a small intimate wedding and it was spacious without feeling empty, it would be perfect for bigger weddings too. It was clean, well looked after and absolutely beautiful, inside and outside. Cheryl and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to make the day exactly what we'd hoped for and more. We could not recommend Hautbois Hall enough, absolutely fantastic. Hautbois Hall was the most perfect venue for our wedding. We had a small intimate wedding and it was spacious without feeling empty, it would be perfect for bigger weddings too. The venue is stunning, with so much space, a beautiful courtyard, tranquil areas by the water, areas for children to play, a traditional yet modern barn and the most gorgeous ceremony room. We were able to personalise the place and have our own choice of caterers, musicians etc. it was great to be able to set up the day before. The best part of Hautbois Hall is Cheryl Beeney the wedding co ordinator who is just so extremely helpful. She answered all our questions on the lead up to the wedding coordinator. The venues afford many an excellent backdrop for pictures and has significant outdoor space for people to spread out in. The indoor areas are equally excellent offering room for large wedding parties during any unwanted rain. Hautbois Hall truly afford the opportunity to build a tailor made wedding with your own building blocks. Cheryl will help and guide you all the way but your never in any doubt that its your decision. Having been lucky to appreciate the venue over two years, I can honestly say, if we could justify a reason for a second anniversary here.
