Our 'dry-hire' venue is available for a flat hire charge - £5,550 - £6,950 (inc Vat) for mid-week events and £9,750 - £11,950 (inc Vat) for weekend events. The venue includes power, water, toilets, furniture, lighting, sound system etc. Couples will need to hire in all other outside suppliers including caterers, florists, DJs, bar facilites etc. but with no restrictions on who those suppliers are.

We think our beautiful lakeside Tipi Wedding Venue might provide you with the perfect wedding celebration solution – a visually stunning space that can be decorated in completely your own style – rustic, vintage, festival, natural or boho. Exclusively yours for the weekend, we provide the venue - Tipis, power, toilets, water, furniture, lighting and sound system – and you organise the rest – in short, the food, the drinks, the decoration and the music!
Best of all, we offer you the flexibility to choose your own suppliers and the opportunity to create a truly unique occasion 😊
As our Tipis are up for the whole season (April to October), the venue provides some more permanent features that you wouldn’t typically find in a rented Tipi or Marquee –
· full wooden floor (looks amazing!)
· proper flushing Shepherd's hut toilets (no portaloos!)
· clear panoramic frontage to the Tipis (retains the view over the lake but keeps the inside warm and dry if required!)
· everything laid out and tried and tested for easy logistics (no hassle!)
· security guard on site overnight on both nights of your hire period (safe and secure!)
· Shepherd’s Hut showers for guests camping over to freshen up
· Shepherd’s Hut en-suite wedding suite
· Outdoor deck in front of the Tipis and overlooking the lake allows an all-weather surface for guests to congregate outside with beautiful views.
· Bell Tent accommodation – 12 Bell Tents available for your guests to rent with king-size beds – charged in addition to the Venue Hire hire via online booking.
· all for a comparably lower price (when you include the hire of the land) and most importantly, with none of the associated stress!

Amazing venue!
We booked Hadsham Farm as our reception venue after knowing we wanted something a little different. We did some research and realised very quickly that we HAD to have our wedding there. We initially spoke to Charlie and viewed the venue through zoom as at the time we still had restrictions in place, but even through a video call we could see how beautiful it was. When we finally got to see the venue, we fell in love even more.
Charlie was always happy to help, quick to reply to any queries / questions we had and made the whole process very stress free and easy for us. He was also very down to earth and easy to talk to, which always helps.
All of our guests expressed how beautiful and stunning it was.
If you are thinking of having a TIPI wedding, but do not want the stress of setting up everything that goes with it Hadsham Farm should 100% be your first choice. They were amazing from start to finish, thank you for making our dreams come true and giving us the most magical day ever.

Hadsham Farm will forever hold a very special place in our hearts. From the first moment we drove down the country lane onto the venue we knew we had been captured - despite it being the middle of winter and no tipis at the time.
Charlie and the family were so approachable, friendly and helpful throughout the entire planning period. The unique DIY approach allows you a blank canvas to make your personal vision for your big day a reality, ensuring no two weddings at this venue could be comparable.
The facilities on site for getting ready for our camping guests were perfectly maintained and clean.
The unmannicured location allowed a sense of pure escape to the countryside especially for the majority of our city living guests.
The biggest of thank yous to Charlie for making venue choosing a no brainier for our wedding.

Hadsham Farm is the most beautiful venue and location for a wedding!
Hadsham Farm is the most beautiful venue and location for a wedding! We knew it was where we wanted to get married as soon as we drove down the track and turned the corner to see the venue and lake!
The venue is perfectly located for sunset in the evening and the lights make the venue look amazing in the evening.
Charlie is so helpful and has really thought of everything you need for your day! Everything in the lead up to the day is so organised and there isn’t anything you won’t know head of turning up on set up day. We hired the festival flags as well as the prop shed (to provide garden games for the guests) which added to the look of the venue.
It’s the perfect venue to plan a DIY wedding. Set up day was a lot of fun, spending the day with some family and friends setting up the venue was really fun and adds to the build up towards the day itself.
The rowing boat also makes for amazing wedding photos.
This venue is perfect. We can’t thank Charlie and Hadsham Farm enough for letting us create our perfect wedding and would recommend hiring Hadsham Farm to anyone looking to create their own wedding.

The most amazing venue to have a wedding at!
The most amazing venue to have a wedding at! Charlie has been amazing since we booked the venue in May 2019, in total we had three wedding dates due to COVID and he was nothing but supportive and understanding throughout- we could not have asked for anything more. We are SO pleased that we booked Hadsham Farm for our special day, it really is just the most beautiful setting and one that you can have the most fun at. Our guests were also blown away by it. Charlie really has thought of everything. We could not recommend this venue more for a wedding!

The most amazing venue!
The most amazing venue! We had our wedding here in August and it was just perfect. Charlie is a dream to work with and no question is too small. He really helped us a lot and was just so calm and organised. The venue itself is just beautiful, overlooking the lake and everything you need is there for you, decking, lighting, Shepherds Hut, on-site accommodation. We cannot recommend Hadsham Farm highly enough for anyone’s big day!

Oh Hadsham Farm! You have a special place in our hearts, that’s for sure. We’ve photographed weddings at Hadsham countless times and absolutely adore this venue. It is such a beautiful setting but not only that, every couple can truly make it their own. We’ve been to so many wedding venues, where couples just don’t have the freedom to create their day how they actually want to. Charlie and the team at Hadsham are incredible people and go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this venue enough ❤️

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Our own wedding back in 2012 was the best - we didn't have the stunning Tipi back then but the beautiful setting was still the same. The weather had been foul for a couple of months and the sun finally came out on the big day - it was effectively the first day of the summer that year and the party was fantastic!

4 things make a great wedding reception - stunning venue (tick), food, drinks, music! Beyond that, relax, the details are all a bonus!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Smoke bomb photos of newlywed couples look great against the countryside backdrop.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The lakeside, looking back across the water at the Tipi, or watching the sun set at the end of the valley - again, across the lake :-)

No idea - it's a private event for our customers so I wouldn't know!

Substantial ones! They fill guests up and then they don't need a starter!

Wood-fired pizza every time!

The private secluded valley with the stunning Tipi set-up overlooking the lake.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
That we set it all up ourselves from scratch. On the family farm. And people really do love the lakeside setting! Prior to putting in the lake it was just a wet and boggy valley!
