The Grand Hotel Gosforth Park is a stunning venue that will set the perfect scene for your special day. We are a major North East wedding venue and provide friendly expertise that will make your wedding day all you’ve ever dreamed of. Our wedding planners will enhance your day with their knowledge from the very first meeting until the moment before. Our wedding packages can be tailor-made to match your requirements and budget. No event is too big or small! We can cover every element from catering and entertainment to room decorations and preferential rates on accommodation for you and your guests.

The ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the decor etc was absolutely perfect, better than what we imagined. We had the most beautiful day. We felt so welcomed by all the staff, the bridal suite was beautiful everyone was amazed. The wedding was the most beautiful day ever, it went so smooth. Connie & the team made sure we were relaxed and happy all day. They made our day so special we couldn't recommend them enough. They made our wedding day magical, nothing was too much for them and they kept us on track without any stress. We could not have asked for anything more, and some of our guests have said that it was one of the best weddings that they have ever attended! Maria and the team were beyond amazing. After looking at a few different venues we choose gosforth park hotel as it was good value for money. The price stayed the same no matter what day you had it on, and pretty much everything was included in the package. Maria the wedding coordinator was amazing, she helped with all the planning. Unfortunately she wasn’t there on the actual day itself, which was a bit sad after getting to know her for so many months. But Lou and Dee who were there on the wedding day itself were fantastic and I couldn’t fault them. All the decorations were fantastic, and exactly what we wanted. We opted for the package to include full room draping, tablet decoration, all stationary. Everything was beautiful presented. Only thing I would say it’s the carpet is bright red which could affect some weddings. All staff were amazing on the day and were very friendly. Bridal suit was massive with plenty of room for hair and makeup. Food was lovely, we had afternoon tea where we got everything we wanted. We then had a hot finger food buffet on the night. The bride and groom didn’t eat much on the day but what they did eat was delicious, and many guests commented on how nice the food was. There was a wide range of alcohol and soft drinks and the bride got quite a few free drinks. The bride stayed the night before the wedding and the groom got a complimentary room to get changed in on arrive on the day. Then both bride and groom stayed the night of the wedding itself, breakfast had a wide variety of food and was just what we needed the morning after. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne and some chocolates in the room. Breakfast was brought to the room the morning of the wedding for the bridal party. Which we ate while getting ready. Due to the weather we weren’t able to go outside for photos but we made use of the ceremony room for the photographer. All in all it was a fantastic day. Couldn’t have asked for anything better would 100% recommend for any future brides and grooms. We booked the Grand Gosforth Hotel Park for our wedding.
