How much is the deposit to secure a date?
Secure your rate and date for up to 30 days with a £100 refundable holding fee. When you’re ready to confirm, simply choose the payment plan that works best for you.
What are you payment plan options?
We offer four flexible payment plans, including monthly, quarterly, and ‘book now, pay later’ options. If you’d prefer, we can also create a bespoke plan tailored to your needs.
What is the minimum / maximum guests you can accommodate for a wedding?
At Fairyhill we can host up to 150 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 300 guests for your evening celebrations.
How many bedrooms are onsite/ how many guests can you sleep at Fairyhill?
At Fairyhill, up to 60 guests can stay within our country estate, spread across the Georgian manor bedrooms, sleek K Rooms, the charming Coach House, and The Piggery. An additional 26 guests can be accommodated in our Rustic Village, featuring The Forge, The Granary, and The Dairy.
Can we stay the night before the wedding?
We’re proud to offer our Rustic Retreats for the night before, purpose-designed to host your pre-wedding rituals. Each cottage provides plenty of space for hair and makeup on the morning of your big day, along with a picturesque backdrop for those all-important getting-ready shots.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Fairyhill has welcomed many celebrities through its doors, from Emeli Sande, Joanna Lumley and even Hillary Clinton!
What time can you book a ceremony for at your venues?
Ceremonies are available between 12:30pm and 4:00pm. As a fully licensed venue, you can legally tie the knot on-site—simply contact Swansea Council to book your registrar.
Do your venues have a wedding coordinator?
As standard, our venues include a dedicated team of experienced wedding coordinators to guide you through the planning journey and ensure everything runs flawlessly. On the day itself, your personal event manager will oversee every detail, so your celebration flows seamlessly.
I have guests with dietary requirements, will it be a problem?
All of our food is freshly prepared by our in-house team of award-winning chefs, who can cater to all dietary requirements.
Is Fairyhill pet-friendly?
Yes, Fairyhill is proudly pet-friendly, so your four-legged companion can be part of your wedding day and celebrate alongside you.
