Everyone that came to the wedding couldn't believe how magical it looked. The staff were amazing throughout the whole planning process and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for our big day. The venue at elms meadow looked amazing, the staff were professional, warm and made our day very special indeed. Charlotte and the team were so helpful and friendly from the moment we first came to visit and couldn't do enough to help and on the day made sure everything worked like magic. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the tipi was - from the fairylights to the dancefloor and firepits- it had everything we needed and more and made for such a special venue with something to keep everyone happy.We cannot recommend Elms meadow highly enough. We booked the venue 18 months out, Charlotte and Kevin could not be helpful enough. All throughout the process we were kept informed, especially surrounding Covid restrictions. In the run up to the event, Charlotte was great and able to facilitate several site visits, including staying late on the eve of the big day to take delivery of some plates and napkins. From the very beginning, Claire and Barry were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is beautifully situated and like a Tardis inside. It offers all you need for a charming but more informal wedding, an area to eat, one to dance, a bar etc etc. You are able to decorate it as you wish but the many fairy lights alone provide a delightful glow.
