THE VENUE The Oak Tree is an independent wedding barn just outside of Knutsford, Cheshire. The contemporary, rustic, oak framed building is set amongst 30 acres of scenic gardens and wild meadows to give your wedding a spectacular countryside backdrop. The bespoke structure features floor to ceiling windows, flooding each room with natural light. Our stunning venue comes ready dressed, with fairy lights inside and out and real bougainvillea foliage spiralling up to the ceiling, creating a romantic and magical atmosphere. Perfect for any season, couples have use of our real open fire during the colder months as well as our outdoor fire pit tables all year round. CEREMONIES Our venue is fully licenced for Civil Ceremonies in our Ladybird room, Acorn room & Outdoor Pavilion. Each ceremony location offers a unique setting for you to say your 'I do's' in front of your family and friends. GET READY ON SITE We have two onsite rooms for both partners to get ready on the morning of your wedding. The Loft, located upstairs, has a feminine touch and is furnished with comfy sofas, dressing tables, lots of mirrors and a small toilet. Downstairs, The Den, offers soft seating, large mirrors and a shower. THE TEAM Our small and dedicated team of staff work tirelessly to ensure that our future couples have a wedding day to remember. We pride ourselves on always going that extra mile to ensure you have the most magical wedding day. Our wedding team are always on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have from your very first show round to your big day. Because we are a small team, you're likely to see the same faces again and again and it will be those faces that will help ensure your wedding runs perfectly on the day. We work with a wonderful team of award-winning handpicked local suppliers such as caterers, venue dressers, photographers, florists, and local accommodations.
