High Barn Our first venue location on the estate is High Barn. The barn itself offers on site accommodation for up to 6 guests, with ample space for extra guests if required. High Barn offers 360 views of the surrounding fells and fields with a large flat garden area, the perfect site for tipi or marquee for parties up to 200. The barn is skirted by woodlands making you feel you will have the garden of Eden entirely to yourselves! With a multitude of options for your ceremony, from legally binding civil and bespoke ceremonies to a religious ceremony at St Cuthbert’s private estate church just a mile away, we have all your requirements covered. Eden Hall Lawns The second location is based in the main Eden Hall Estate Courtyard. Surrounded by a deer park and private lake views this is a venue not to be missed. The house lawns make it the perfect spot for a marquee or tipi for your wedding breakfast and evening party for up to 150 guests. Surrounded by views of the old-growth, ancient woodland, the main house, and roaming countryside fields, you will have everything to yourself. There is also the option of having the entire courtyard accommodate for your wedding guests (sleeping up to 28 in total) with a further remaining 6 onsite properties as further options. The whole estate can accommodate up to 100 people in total. The Eden Hall Lawns get direct view of the evening sunset which falls over the lake and forest, making it a fabulous spot for memorable photos and moments.
