We had a pre-wedding dinner in The Albany room. Our experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end! Rachel, our event co-ordinator was an absolute pleasure to deal with!- friendly, helpful, readily available and she gave us good advice. Thank you Rachel! The room was set up beautifully and the team ensured that the proceedings went smoothly. Ian, Mo, Tiana and Dean were all so lovely and helpful! The food was delicious and the chef catered to specific diets. A fantastic evening was had by all that attended! Thanks so much!We had a pre-wedding dinner in The Albany room. I just wanted to drop you an email to say how fantastic yesterday’s event was. The location was fab and so easy to get to for all that attended, the space was a perfect size and looked great. I would personally like to give a special shout out to the event support. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was so attentive. They were visible throughout the event and at lunch, checking everything was in order. It was by far the best service I have ever received.I just wanted to drop you an email to say how fantastic yesterday’s event was. EVENTS WERE FAULTLESS!!! From beginning of booking and planning with me to the end with ops executing the event was faultless 😊 Event Manager was great, the supervisor was amazing. All the hotel team are friendly, accommodating and all round a lovely team. Food was fantastic, no one was left hungry and everyone commented how good the food was. EVENTS WERE FAULTLESS!!! The party went great! Everyone had so much fun and I got so many compliments. Everything ran smoothly, the security team did a perfect job, thank you for recommending them. The food was also amazing and I got so many people telling me the wedges were the best they had ever tasted 🤣 so compliments to the chef! I will be sure to recommend the hotel and you to other friends or family looking to host events! The party went great! Everyone had so much fun and I got so many compliments.
