Your Team are Phenomenal
Hi Kelly, Thank you!! Sorry, I’ve been on honeymoon and the wifi hasn’t been great! First of all, I cannot put into words how unbelievably amazing your staff were two Fridays ago…so get ready for a long email. Let’s start with Wilburt and Claudio. These men were nothing short of amazing. Two fantastic men, who do a fantastic job at what they do! I’m also sure there was another girl but I can’t remember her name, so apologies! Second, the tremendous bar staff. They were polite, kind and probably put up with lots of drunk people very professionally. Some of them even put money into our charity fundraiser which reached £400 so thank you to them. ❤️ Third, the food was fantastic so hats off to the chefs. I did pass this onto them during the evening but please let them know. Next, a thanks to the lovely lady that made me toast at two in the morning, the bar staff who jumped through when the bar was busy, the servers of the food, the girl who helped with the drinks reception in the evening and to the reception staff who accommodated one of our groomsmen last minute. And of course a thanks to yourself and Ruth for everything. Everything went so perfectly on the day and that can only be put down to your planning and organisation. Now last, but not anywhere least, Robert. That guy needs a mention of his own. What. A. GUY. That man worked his absolute socks off and by goodness did I make him. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything with class, professionalism and speed! Couldn’t have asked for someone better to help with my demands! 🙈 And lastly, a big thank you to anyone I have not mentioned who worked on the lead up and on the day itself to assist in the making of what really was the wedding that I had wanted. Fairytale Day
Hi Kelly With apologies for the delay in sending this message - still not caught up with myself since leaving the Hotel on Monday …!! But on behalf of Les and I, and the new Mr and Mrs Sinton, a very sincere message of thanks especially to yourself, Wilbert and Claudio (outstanding personal customer service from you all - co-ordination and delivery absolutely amazing - truly grateful) but also to every member of your fantastic teams too who helped to deliver the most perfect and amazing fairytale day for the newlyweds/our family. Every member of staff delivered first class service and absolutely nothing was any trouble all. The venue looked absolutely stunning, the food was delicious and piping hot, the sax player definitely got the party started with style :), all the finishing touches by your teams just set the scene so beautifully and we were incredibly very well looked after from the moment we checked in on Saturday until leaving on Monday - we really had the most memorable wedding day and stay. My personal thanks to the very kind male member of staff - so sorry I didn’t ask his name - it was when he was serving the evening buffet - he offered to bring me over a much needed cup of tea just at the right time :) Our wedding guest feedback has also been fully complimentary - everyone had an amazing day/enjoyed their meals/the space set up/arrangements - we really can’t thank you all enough - absolutely well done to a first class team. Grateful too for all the bits and pieces being gathered together for us to take home - just notice the two umbrellas and confetti/basket seem to be the only things we’ve not picked up so we’ll pop by some time soon if okay to collect. Hi Kelly Just a note to send the HUGEST thank you to you and your events team for making Hayley and Fraser’s wedding just perfect! We were blown away by the service provided by everyone at the hotel – just absolutely incredible. All throughout the planning, nothing has been too much trouble. We’ve felt very well looked after ❤❤ The team were amazing turning the spaces around. Wilbert kept us on track and was delighted by the suggestion from him to move the cherry blossom trees to the top table – it looked wonderful! Food was absolutely amazing – guests were full of praise for all dishes served and also portion sizes! They were very, very impressed! The rooms were gorgeous – what a view from the suites! The whole day was stress free and just absolutely perfect – cannot stress that enough. The attitude and friendliness of all staff at the hotel was outstanding – you’re really have the full package there.
