We booked curds hall back in feb 2021, without viewing in person due to covid. We did the virtual online tour and immediately knew this was the one.. as soon as lockdown was lifted we was in the car on the way! Oh my goodness.. it didn’t disappoint. The excitement you get leading up to the barn. It was everything and more! A perfect blank canvas to do everything we visioned. From this moment, the contact between us and the amazing venue manger Eleanor has been 10/10. From recommending companies, chasing our suppliers for me, offering support whenever we needed. We felt so at ease, knowing our big day was in safe hands. As moments got tense leading up to the wedding day itself, Eleanor handed me a day plan/checklist, all our set up times, are supplies details, our big day plan. I had nothing to stress about! The day of set up, Eleanor was there to help me when I wasn’t sure if things didn’t look right, extra pair of hands when things needed putting up. Answering my last minute questions, even making sure our toddler was happy.
On the day… she helped the boys put on their button holes, she greeted all our guests. She greeted myself and my bridal party at the car with our photographer. She introduced me to the registrars! Calmed my last minute nerves.
Photos.. miles and miles of beautiful photo background scenery, she even walked behind carrying my shoes when my feet gave up. I just couldn’t have asked for anything more, we then had a lovely lady take over late on into the evening who again, we couldn’t fault! She was helping bar staff tidy glasses, making sure we was all happy. Making sure any spilt drinks was cleaned straight away! She made sure all our belongings was taken from outside in the barn over night. The next day the girls had completely tidied the whole venue and put all our decor in one area so all we had to do was box up! we was blown away with it all, We then met Annabel, who was just again so lovely and kind! The whole team at curds hall feel like a little family, we are extremely sad our day has been and gone but we will certainly be back for a walk round and catch up with Eleanor and her team with our family.
