Cumberland Lodge is a 17th century former royal residence, set in the heart of Windsor Great Park, and steeped in history. It is available to book for weddings, receptions, and celebrations of all sizes, with exclusive use of the house and grounds available on selected dates.
The house has been home to princes and princesses, lords and ladies, and many Rangers of the Great Park. It has also featured in films such as The King’s Speech, starring Colin Firth. We pride ourselves on a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where special things happen and nothing is too much trouble.
We offer flexible spaces, with seating for up to 90 guests in our wood-panelled dining rooms for larger receptions, our choice of elegant reception rooms and 56 individually styled, en-suite guest bedrooms. For smaller weddings, we can seat up to 30 in the historic Prince Christian Dining Room, or up to 16 in our light and airy Princess Helena Room.
We make every effort to ensure that your special day is an occasion to treasure. We work with you from start to finish to get all the details right, from guidance on menu selection and dining options from Robert, our long-standing Head Chef, to the professional guidance of our experienced wedding co-ordinators.
