We are especially grateful for all of the team's service throughout the planning and on the day, going really above and beyond to make it a truly memorable day and a less stressful experience. Thank you to everyone at Crathorne Hall for making our son's wedding day so special, the beauty of the venue and the friendliness of the staff. The wedding meal room was set beautifully set up and service during the meal was very professional. Special thank you to Aurora (Wedding Coordinator) for all her guidance and superb organisation which we know Sarah our new daughter in law has greatly appreciated.

We booked our wedding at Crathorne Hall on quite short notice (2 months!) and from the beginning they were fantastic. I sent an enquiry email which they responded to on the same day, they sent over loads of helpful information and pricing for us to look at. Stacey was our wedding planner and she was just absolutely amazing, from the first email she went above and beyond to make sure our day went ahead on short notice and was exactly how we wanted it. Any questions we had she answered promptly, and she was helpful with making suggestions. The communication was first class, and I can’t put into words how friendly, attentive and reliable every single staff member was that was involved in the wedding. On the wedding day we were assigned a toastmaster, Alan, who essentially organised the full day, told us where we needed to be and when, and made sure everything went smoothly. Alan also announced us for the first time as a married couple, the cutting of the cake and first dance etc. Alan was fantastic he really made the day feel so relaxed, made us feel at ease and made sure everything went perfectly as planned. He was a lovely guy who we are thankful was part of our day, we received a number of comments from guests and family about how professional and helpful he was on the day. We stayed overnight after the wedding and again, the staff were just amazing in ensuring we had the perfect stay, they were so helpful and friendly. Another thing we were taken aback by is the value for money and how decently priced our day was for everything we got! I can’t recommend this venue enough, it’s absolutely stunning in beautiful scenery, and the staff went above and beyond for us at every stage of planning the wedding, and the day itself.

We recently got married at Crathorne Hall and I am absolutely blown away by the excellence, professionalism and all round brilliance of the staff and facilities at this hotel. We booked the all inclusive package and every single need was met with open arms, a number of guests had food allergies and these were all catered to easily with no qualms, with many compliments to the chef from everyone. The rooms were fantastic, clean and spacious. The grounds were immaculate, impressive, and of course set in beautiful North Yorkshire so the views are unrivalled! We had such a fantastic day and it was all down to the smooth running of the hotel. We really could not be more grateful or happy that we chose to get married there and could not recommend it enough.

Thank you so much for everything all the amazing staff did for us at Crathorne Hall on the 18th, 19th and 20th Nov 2021. Nothing was too much to ask, we felt like we were VIP’s from the moment we stepped through the door to pulling away for the first time as Mr and Mrs Aird through the beautiful woodlands and winding driveway. Not a single thing went wrong, every detail from favour cards to entire room décor was literal perfection! All staff from Ellie (who carried about 50 trips of luggage up and down the stairs like a machine) to Sam (the loveliest Bartender who made sure all the guests had a fantastic time and all the other fantastic servers, cleaners and employees. The venue dressing the night staff and all throughout the day managed to deliver was flawless, the whole day flowed beautifully without myself or Joe having to do anything but pinch ourselves the entire day! Matthew, our toastmaster made the day seem effortless and even helped the groomsmen put their flowers on which was so lovely of him! Every course of our wedding breakfast was heaven! Excellently cooked and packed full of flavour, the guest all commented on every course being outstanding, so our thanks again to the chef and kitchen. The Honeymoon suite itself blew us away once again with added extras and beautiful décor. If you are looking for a fairy-tale wedding of a lifetime, look no further than Crathorne Hall Hotel with it's fantastic venue and absolutely lovely staff.

Now that we’re back from honeymoon we just wanted to say thank you very much for all your efforts with our wedding. The day was fantastic, we have had nothing but positive feedback, and overall we are extremely happy with the way we and all our guests were looked after on the day. Our thanks especially go to Stacey our wedding coordinator, Alan the toastmaster, for providing excellent service throughout the day, the kitchen staff for preparing such delicious food, and the hotel porter (whose name I’m afraid we didn’t catch) for always being ready to assist in whatever way he could.

We honestly without a doubt had the best day/night of our lives. Nicola’s team at crathorne looked after us from the minute we checked in the day before our wedding. The wedding day was absolutely outstanding and it was so much better than we ever imagined. Our only worries we’re how everything was going to fall into place as we both have not been actively involved in any previous weddings, but this should never have been a worry. Nicola and her team had everything running smoothly and the smallest and finest details were never too much. Throughout all preparations Nicola was on hand to give us constant reassurance, and even when we felt we were being indecisive Nicola remained fantastic and greeted any changes with the upmost professionalism. Throughout the morning and the day, Alan was ever present and also provided us with reassurance. He met us with the most calm and warm manner which put us at ease. He was the most professional person. We had multiple people come up to us, expressing how impressed and beautiful the venue was and that if and when they are to be married it would be a very strong contender of their wedding venue. We can’t in words explain how much we recommend Crathorne Hall Hotel and their team to be in charge and provide the most perfect day. Thank you again for all of the help and support throughout the best day of our lives. None of it would have been possible without any of you.

We had the most amazing day for our wedding at Crathorne Hall, not only is the venue itself stunning but the staff are fantastic too. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more. A special mention goes to Krista, our wedding coordinator who has been amazing. The wedding had to be postponed from last year and she has been so kind, understanding and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Also to Mo, who was fantastic and extremely attentive on the day! Everything was easily transferred across from our original date and the team really did help us in what was an upsetting time. The personalised bear that we were given as a gift was just a beautiful touch too. So thank you so much Crathorne Hall. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a wedding.

We booked Crathorne for our wedding after our original venue was unwilling to hold smaller weddings (due to the pandemic). This was the best decision we made! The staff were so helpful throughout the build up to the wedding and the team were willing to be flexible and work around whatever the restrictions would be when the big day came. We finally got married in June (14 months after our original date) and had an amazing day with our nearest and dearest. Despite some restrictions still being in place at that time, the staff made the day feel as normal as possible and we all had a brilliant time. The venue is lovely and quality of the food and drink was excellent. Our wedding planner, Stacey, was so helpful and our toastmaster, Mo, ensured that the whole day went smoothly. We’re looking forward to returning to Crathorne in the future to celebrate our anniversary!

I’m not one to usually write reviews but want to specially mention Crathorne Hall Hotel. The way they handled our COVID wedding was exemplary: Wedding date change, no problem. Guests being told to isolate literally days before the wedding, no problem. The sign of a great venue, thank you Crathorne Hall Hotel.
