We only host up to a maximum of 10 weddings a year, making sure that College Farm remains an exclusive venue. We want you to feel that College Farm is your home for the weekend of your wedding and all your guests feel as if they are being welcomed to our home and not a corporate venue. This is very much our family home that we enjoy sharing with you and your guests. If you are looking for a personal, intimate venue run by a hands on husband & wife team (who were married here in 1985) then this is the venue for you!

You have access to the site for 3 days allowing you plenty of time to set up the day before, have all day to get married and celebrate with your nearest & dearest then on the third day it’s time for everyone to chip in and help tidy up before you all go home and reminisce about your wonderful wedding and share pictures & memories. Suppliers can have access to the site outside this time and we will liaise with them to make everything as easy as possible for you. Our licenced ceremony room for all the legal formalities 3 en suite double bedrooms for the night before and night of the wedding You will have access to all 15 acres of the site – this includes our walled garden, lawns & fields as well as access to the sheep, alpacas & llamas - who doesn’t want a photograph with an alpaca?! and 3 large fields for parking & camping Access to 2 inside loos and a shower (for campers)

College Farm was the perfect setting

Katharine and College Farm were the perfect hosts for our wedding. Katharine’s love for weddings and hosting shines through everything she does. We were married outside in the walled garden - Katharine and Richard made every effort to ensure the gardens and lawns were immaculate for the big day. Travel Notes

Follow the A11 to Thetford and then take the A1075 north for Watton. After 8 ½ miles turn left at the signpost to Thompson ('Light Vehicles Only' sign) into Stow Bedon Road. Follow the road for ½ a mile and take the 2nd left at the red letter box on a stick. Keep following the road to the left, and the house is at the end of the drive.
