The grand staircase, period rooms, Orangery, lake and outdoor gazebo offer distinct settings throughout the day. Celebrations can range from intimate gatherings to evening receptions for up to 200 guests.

The Coach House

Set within the Grade I listed former stables, the Coach House offers a distinctive wedding experience with its original Tack Room and pretty cobbled courtyard.

The Courtyard Suite

Capacity: 150 for a ceremony, 70 for a wedding breakfast or 120 for the evening

Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, while chandeliers and gold-framed mirrors add a touch of elegance. Overlooking the courtyard, the suite can host every stage of your day.

The Manor House

Make your entrance down the grand staircase before celebrating in one of three elegant rooms.

The Fitzhammond Suite

Capacity: 120 for a ceremony, 100 for a wedding breakfast or 150 for the evening

This beautifully proportioned suite provides a versatile setting for ceremonies, dining and dancing.

Culpeper’s

Capacity: 100 for a ceremony, 84 for a wedding breakfast or 200 for the evening

Located in the oldest part of the Manor House, Culpeper’s features intricate ceiling details, statement chandeliers and views across the lawns and lake.

The Orangery

Capacity: 100 for a ceremony, 50 for a wedding breakfast or 150 for the evening

Glass walls on three sides flood the Orangery with daylight and reveal panoramic views across the Kent countryside.

The Garden Gazebo

Capacity: Up to 150 guests

Exchange vows beneath the open sky, surrounded by lawns, countryside views and birdsong.

Travel Notes

Travelling clockwise around the M25 Leave junction 3 taking the M20 towards Maidstone and Dover. Leave the M20 at junction 8 and join the A20 towards Lenham. Continue along the A20 passing Leeds Castle and Harrietsham. After passing a BP garage on the left follow signs to Lenham Medieval Village. There are a number of routes into the village, once you reach the square head towards Lenham Station. Continue for approximately 1/2 mile and bear left at the fork into Boughton Road, there will be signs to Chilston Park. At the crossroads go straight over, the hotel drive is 1/4 mile on the left. Travelling anti-clockwise around M25 Leave the M25 at junction 5 onto the M26 towards Maidstone. The M26 merges with the M20 after 10 miles. Leave the M20 at junction 8 and join the A20 towards Lenham. Continue along the A20 passing Leeds Castle and Harrietsham. After passing a BP garage on the left follow signs to Lenham Medieval Village. There are a number of routes into the village, once you reach the square head towards Lenham Station. Continue for approximately 1/2 mile and bear left at the fork into Boughton Road, there will be signs to Chilston Park. At the crossroads go straight over, the hotel drive is 1/4 mile on the left. From the South (from Eurotunnel, Folkestone and Dover) From M20 travelling north towards London leave at junction 9 and follow A20 towards Lenham, pass through Charing and after approximately 2 miles take the turning on the left signed Lenham Village. There are a number of routes into the village, once you reach the square head towards Lenham Station. Continue for approximately 1/2 mile and bear left at the fork into Boughton Road, there will be signs to Chilston Park. At the crossroads go straight over, the hotel drive is 1/4 mile on the left.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Our couples love to get photos walking in front of the Manor House with the glistening fountain in shot. The more natural countryside surrounding the lake also makes for some very romantic pictures.

We are very proud of how happy we make our wedding couples on their day. It can be scary to put your trust in others and be sure they will make your day perfect but the glowing feedback we receive from our couples tells us that we do a great job of this!
