Set within 77 acres of private Kentish parkland near Lenham, Chilston Park is a Grade I listed manor house with a separate Coach House and cobbled courtyard.
The grand staircase, period rooms, Orangery, lake and outdoor gazebo offer distinct settings throughout the day. Celebrations can range from intimate gatherings to evening receptions for up to 200 guests.

The Coach House
Set within the Grade I listed former stables, the Coach House offers a distinctive wedding experience with its original Tack Room and pretty cobbled courtyard.
The Courtyard Suite
Capacity: 150 for a ceremony, 70 for a wedding breakfast or 120 for the evening
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, while chandeliers and gold-framed mirrors add a touch of elegance. Overlooking the courtyard, the suite can host every stage of your day.
The Manor House
Make your entrance down the grand staircase before celebrating in one of three elegant rooms.
The Fitzhammond Suite
Capacity: 120 for a ceremony, 100 for a wedding breakfast or 150 for the evening
This beautifully proportioned suite provides a versatile setting for ceremonies, dining and dancing.
Culpeper’s
Capacity: 100 for a ceremony, 84 for a wedding breakfast or 200 for the evening
Located in the oldest part of the Manor House, Culpeper’s features intricate ceiling details, statement chandeliers and views across the lawns and lake.
The Orangery
Capacity: 100 for a ceremony, 50 for a wedding breakfast or 150 for the evening
Glass walls on three sides flood the Orangery with daylight and reveal panoramic views across the Kent countryside.
The Garden Gazebo
Capacity: Up to 150 guests
Exchange vows beneath the open sky, surrounded by lawns, countryside views and birdsong.

From the very start of the planning process, we had Chloe alongside us to help answer any questions we had and she was amazing, she ended up feeling more like a friend than someone who worked for the venue. She is incredible and so friendly. The versatility of the venue itself was perfect as we could use multiple different areas for the wedding and it just gave such a lovely vibe to the day! When we had our menu tasting, we truly felt spoilt, the menu had so many options to choose from and we loved that we could give our guests the choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts. The food was to die for and our guests absolutely loved it on the day. As for the big day itself, words cannot describe how incredibly thankful we are to Chloe, Ella and the rest of the team for how amazing they were! Nothing was too much at all for the staff and they really made us feel so special! Our guests could not compliment them enough and they really did make our big day just go so smooth. In the lead up to our wedding Molly was very helpful and answered every question we had promptly. I stayed over the night before with my bridesmaids and we got a complimentary room added due to the extra bed put in a suite being uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant the night before was lovely and service was great. On the actual day we had support from Deb and Ryan who bent over backwards for us. From ensuring everything ran smoothly to the little extras like making sure my dad had his favourite beer (a non- alcoholic version as he couldn't drink at the time). The entire staff were so organised that we felt like we didn't need to do much other than be there and focus on our vows and enjoy the day. We were lucky with the weather as it was a beautiful sunny day and all the guests were kept hydrated. The food for both the wedding breakfast and hog roast in the evening was amazing! We have had several guests since still refer to how good it was! We had the exclusive use package which included rooms, so quite a few guests stayed! Every one of them raved about how great their rooms were and the breakfast the following morning. We would highly recommend Chilston Park for a wedding venue as there wasn't a single fault! Sophie who worked with us from the beginning - to the staff working over the wedding weekend (Liam, Matt, Ella, Becky) They all could not do enough for us and made the entire experience amazing. Lovely staff, beautiful venue and made extra special as our dog was welcome too. Enjoy the experience! Planning your perfect day is something you have probably been thinking about for years so when it comes to doing it you should make every moment count! The day of your wedding will fly by so the lead up is so important.

It's always great to see how couples choose to distinguish their tables for their table plan. We've seen couples use holiday locations they have been to, different types of gin and even their favourite songs by a particular artist.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our couples love to get photos walking in front of the Manor House with the glistening fountain in shot. The more natural countryside surrounding the lake also makes for some very romantic pictures.

We regard all our wedding couples as celebrities and that's exactly how you should feel on your day which is all about you.

We are very proud of how happy we make our wedding couples on their day. It can be scary to put your trust in others and be sure they will make your day perfect but the glowing feedback we receive from our couples tells us that we do a great job of this!
