Researching their perfect wedding reception venue, Ally and Alex quickly realised that they didn’t want to spend precious time communicating with separate caterers, florists, lighting experts and wedding bands. They wanted a venue that had the expertise and reliable contacts that could arrange these elements for them. Carousel provides couples with a dedicated wedding coordinator who will source beautiful flowers to your taste, bring together your desired table-decorations and sort the perfect DJ or live band to get your nearest and dearest strutting their stuff on the dance floor. Guests at Ally and Alex’s wedding dined seated around vintage banqueting tables in our Downstairs space, before making their way to the ground floor for cake cutting , the all-important speeches and delicious dessert canapés. Collaborating with Ally and Alex, we created a bespoke cocktail menu ensuring that the wedding party could sample both the Bride and Groom’s favourite flavour combinations.

Our infamous 'mac and cheese' served late at night to keep the dancers' energised.
