We had a messy messy interaction throughtout the year with them...we had 5 different wedding co-ordinators in 9 months! Every now and then we would get a new email telling us the last co-ordinater left and a new one was being assigned. Every time we met them we had to go through all the details from the start of our own notes. The management team were pretty clueless! They were suprised at the the contract they offered us in terms of the wedding package we chose as they changed the packages about 3 months after we booked with them...my wife is super organised and kept every email, she had our wedding plan, every package we chose as well as our contract, if it wasn't for my wife the day would of been a mess. We didn't even see our "wedding day host" Bruno. The shining stars were 2 people Clay and Rasa, they couldn't have done enough for us, they really helped us out and are both a real credit to the hotel! In conclusion really disappointed with the overall management of the day (you can google review the management team..very high staff turnover) I'd avoid them if I were to have my time again.
