My Husband and I recently got married at Bow Grange and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Tom was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole booking and planning process, and the excellent team at Bow Grange kept the night running seamlessly. We had the pleasure of having Jasmine as our coordinator, and are so unbelievably grateful. Jasmine was amazing, she was never far away, ensuring all guests were happy, the day ran to schedule, and that my Husband and I were never without a drink.My Husband and I recently got married at Bow Grange and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! We approached Tom and said we want to get married in 7 weeks and he said “let’s do it”. We got married on the 27th of September and it was the BEST day ever!!!! My guests loved the venue, the views and the vibe. Bow Grange has the most stunning back drop for a wedding, it is impossible not to fall in love with the place. I honestly cannot recommend Bow Grange enough as a venue it is STUNNING, the views is AMAZING and Tom is so attentive and will make sure you have the BEST WEDDING DAY EVER!We approached Tom and said we want to get married in 7 weeks and he said “let’s do it”. I recently attended a wedding at this venue, and it was absolutely stunning. The setting was breathtaking, with beautiful views and elegant spaces that created a magical atmosphere. What an amazing events space.What an amazing events space.
What an amazing events space. It's stunning, huge barn light and bright, bar, lots of parking, great staff. It has a big pond in the grounds which backs onto fields and open space yet it's just off the main road. So it's easy to get too. I would give it more stars if I could!What an amazing events space. Bow Grange is a beautiful country venue. It is still very new but the facilities have been excellently planned for a seamless wedding day. Photographs by the lake are a must! One of my favourite features of Bow Grange is the covered outside area - even in poor weather, it would be possible to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony set against a gorgeous backdrop. The Venue shines because of its organisation, warmth and the outstanding hosting from Tom, Ruby and Jasmine. As a professional catering team, we work with many venues but this one is one of my favorites! The incredible hospitality from Tom was seamless. Bow Grange is to be thoroughly recommended. My daughter held her wedding reception here last week and we found the BG staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very adaptable and you can tailor the experience to meet your needs. The facilities have real style, very much in keeping with the beautiful Westcountry settingBow Grange is to be thoroughly recommended. An absolute dream venue for external catering teams! As a professional wedding caterer, I work at dozens of different venues every season, and this stunning new barn conversion is easily one of the best setups I have encountered. Here is why this venue is a joy to work with: Incredible Kitchen Facilities: The catering space is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with excellent power access. It made prep and plating for a large guest count incredibly smooth.An absolute dream venue for external catering teams! Yes, we will work closely with your chosen caterers.

Is the venue licensed for ceremonies?

Yes, we have two licensed ceremony locations and two location for celebrant-led ceremonies.

How to get to Bow Grange

Located just off the A381 between Totnes and Newton Abbot, Bow Grange is very easy to access. With train stations in both Totnes and Newton Abbot guest can arrive by train and with a short taxi journey can arrive at Bow Grange or find us using what3words - newly.battling.loom

Does the venue have a sound system?

•⁠ ⁠we have a sound system (Bluetooth speaker system with a Bluetooth microphone) in the Main barn used for speeches or background music as well as a large portable speaker for outside use.

•⁠ ⁠⁠we would encourage couples to arrange additional speakers for their entertainment.

Do you allow confetti?

We do allow confetti, but we request that it is biodegradable or – better still – made from natural products, such as dried petals.

Can our dog come to our wedding?

While we love our furry friends, only guide dogs are permitted at the venue without prior permission.

What time does the music have to stop?

11pm for amplified music, the venue will stay open until 12:30.

Can we decorate the space ourselves?

Yes – Bow Grange is very customisable and we encourage you to make the space yours!

Do you allow fireworks and/or sparklers?

We allow sparklers but sadly not fireworks.

Is the venue accessible?

Disabled and elderly guests have full access at Bow Grange with the venue being designed to ensure everyone has an amazing day. Our venue includes a accessible restroom for guests with disabilities and those with limited mobility.
