I am just checking in to say a huge huge thank you to you and your phenomenon team, in these particularly testing times for the Hospitality industry I have to say the experience was both magical, seamless and full of everlasting memories!.. The staff were so attentative, professional yet warm and nothing was a problem, I loved Alexandra she really is something very special, a true asset, Richard bless him such a true gent and old school sommelier and Roland of course what a lovely, humble guy.. John and Hannah both so easy going and helpful and also reassuring when stepping out of ones comfort zones with such activities that we fell in love with.
