Birnam Hotel

The Baronial Hall function suite is amazing, the attention to detail and and attentiveness of the staff was first rate and the food was superb. The stay the night before (for me only of course) and on the night of the wedding was also excellent and to top it all off the freshly cooked breakfast both mornings was superb.

Compelled to write and say The Birnam Hotel made my daughter Kirstins and son in law, Martins wedding a day to remember.The owners Liz & Ian, the Manager James and the Asssitant Manager Robin and their team all contributed and pulled the stops out to make everyting go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble to make our wedding perfect. What memories the bride, groom, family and friends have thanks to the Birnam.The setting of the Hotel in beautiful Birnam, Perthshire is lovely. The Baronial Hall for our wedding breakfest and the 'hooley' after was special, and made it a very grand day for all. The menu was designed to our needs. The many guests- we filled the Hotel- had no complaints, indeed were very complimentary on our choice of venue and service. Many said it felt like a holiday as well as a wedding with the beautiful scenery and grounds near by.I also felt the prices were extremely reasonable, when so many venues we considered saw 'a wedding' as an opportunity to quote silly prices.So a hearty well done and a big thank you to the Birnam for making our special day perfect and a memory that will make us smile for years to come.
