From the moment our original venue phoned us to say they were unfortunately shutting down, right up to the night of our wedding, Hannah and her team have been nothing but amazing! They made it feel so easy, less stressful and took a lot off our plates. From the first meeting, we knew we were in great hands. Our day went without a hitch, nothing was too big of an ask, the food was lovely, the rooms were great, breakfast was deliciousFrom the moment our original venue phoned us to say they were unfortunately shutting down, right up to the night of our wedding, Hannah and her team have been nothing but amazing! We chose to host our wedding at the Chilworth Manor on 06/09/2025. It is a beautiful venue with stunning grounds and has the capacity to cater for our large wedding. From the start of the process to the end, the staff were professional, accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Hannah and her team ensured our day went smoothly, and worked extremely hard; many of our guests commented on this. We would like to say a special thanks to Liss, our coordinator on the day, for all her hard work ensuring the day ran smoothly, not easy with 140 guests! We would thoroughly recommend the Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue. Our Wedding at Chilworth Manor was fabulous from start to finish. We loved every minute of it. Hannah, Millie, Alan, the resident DJ and all the staff at Chilworth are friendly, professional and attentive. They genuinely cared that our day went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My only negative is that the day went way too fast. The building and the grounds are so very beautiful. We had a wonderful, intimate wedding at Chilworth Manor. We couldn't have asked for any more from them from start to finish. Hannah was fantastic in helping us find a package to suit our budget and vision and dealt with all of our queries and tweaks seamlessly. The rest of the staff were equally amazing and made us feel very special on every visit. Each time we visited, we liked Chilworth more and more, and we were thrilled with how everything turned out on our big day.We had a wonderful, intimate wedding at Chilworth Manor. Your ceremony can take place at any time but you would need to check with the registrar to see what time they are available.

Will ours be the only wedding at the hotel on the day?

Yes, we only host one wedding a day.

Can we use a drone for wedding photography and videography?

Yes, drones are allowed if provided by company and the relevant documents are provided.

Pictures will take place in the main manor bar with your arrival drinks.

Are pets allowed?

We do allow dogs in a certain number of our bedrooms; these are on a first come first serve basis. It is a maximum of 2 dogs per a room and are priced at £15 per dog, per night. Dogs are allowed to walk down the aisle and are allowed in the main bar.

What time does the music have to be turned off?

The latest that the evening wedding reception finishes is midnight.

Does the venue allow live music, for example bands and singers?

Yes, this is allowed depending on which room you are in.

What size are the tables and how many people per a table?

We have a selection of table sizes available, these are 4ft, 5ft and 6ft. The maximum per a round table is 10 guests, but you can have less around each table.

When do you need pre-orders?

By the final details appointment which is 3 months before your wedding.
