The Swallow Street Rooms are a hidden gem in the heart of London, two minutes from Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street. Seating up to 30 guests on one table or 60 guests on individual round tables. You can also invite guests to join you later in the evening for canapés or sharing plates for up to a maximum of 100 guests. Allow our events team to look after your every need; Tables are beautifully set with silver cutlery, storm lanterns and tea lights as well as a fresh seasonal flower display to ensure the room looks fantastic for your special day. Extra decoration, flower arrangements, Pianist, DJs, Bands, singers & photographer can all be organised for you. The room has everything you would need for a successful wedding, with your own private bar, bathrooms, cloakroom facilities, piano, plasma screen and late licence. There is no room hire requirement or minimum spend if you have more than 25 guests attending. Showcasing classic British & Irish seasonal produce our three-course set menus start from £40 per person for lunch, £46 per person for dinner and include a complimentary selection of canapés on arrival followed by tea or coffee and handmade petit fours or we offer 6 course tasting menus for £80 per person .
