Description

The Red Lion Hotel is a traditional 16th Century Coaching Inn delightfully situated at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and located in the quant town of Wendover. The building is listed and has been able to retain many stunning original features including fire places and exposed beams. There are 23 bedrooms, including our beautiful four-poster bridal quite, a perfect way to relax after the big day.

Happy couple married in February

We held our wedding at the Red Lion this weekend and it was just perfect. From initial discussions with Matt, the manager, through to exceptional customer service on the day, the team at the Red Lion could not have done more. Organisation was spot-on, communication was great, the catering was beyond expectations - down to three stunning profiterole towers, at our request - and our room had many personal touches that made us feel special and so welcome. I could not recommend the Red Lion more
