Bespoke packages can be put together for celebrations of less that 50 people.

Bearwood Lakes is an exclusive members club (who open their doors to a limited amount of non-member functions each year), boasting classical style with modern comfort and enthusiastic staff to help plan your event. Our chefs have the creative flair to conjure up that memorable meal. You don’t need to look any further.
From the smile that greets you when you arrive to that last drink before the evening ends, every moment of your wedding should be special.
Imagine what you would like and we’ll deliver it. From a buzzing party to a formal dinner or anything in between, you set the tone and we will make it happen. Our staff will always be there to help create the perfect atmosphere. It’s your day after all.
Catering is at the heart of every function. Although we have an extensive A La Carte menu we invite you to make your own suggestions. We’d be pleased to work with your ideas to enhance your perfect wedding.
Our priority is to ensure your day flows smoothly from one stage to the next and, of course, we will make sure nothing is overlooked; tableware, decorations and seating plans.
With a choice of two function areas leading out onto a south facing balcony you, your family and friends will enjoy magnificent views of the landscape below. Since we are a private venue you can party all day and night.

Dietary requirement heaven!
I am coeliac and diary intolerant, which is a pain and quite difficult to cater for.
The catering team and waiting staff were amazing.
When I sat at the table I had a card stating my meal and GF and DF. The waiting staff asked for me by name handing me my food. I felt completely confident and relaxed and enjoyed my meal. Thank you so so much.

Best kept secret in Berkshire!
It was a fantastic event, from my very first meeting with Mandy the events organiser, to the last drink poured.
It’s a beautiful spacious venue with separate areas for dancing, eating, chatting. A lovely balcony overlooking the stunning lake and grounds.
The buffet was fantastic, the bar service was second to none. I have received so many messages from my guests saying what a fantastic party, absolutely everything was perfect.

Beautiful - couldn't be happier
Froom Google review: I couldn't have been happier. The organisation was seamless and the food and service were excellent. We had the hot fork buffet (I chose a Thai chicken or veg curry with fish and chips as an alternative - both of which went down very well with our guests) followed by a selection of desserts and it was perfect. The setting is beautiful - perfect for a special and memorable occasion!

Perfect place for a perfect day!
We recently had our wedding reception at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club. The whole process leading up to the event was very smooth and Mandy did an amazing job managing the event. Despite having to delay and move the date several times, she was always accommodating and extremely helpful. The staff on the day were very friendly and the day flowed very well. The food was delicious and all the guests enjoyed their meals. We had a nice relaxing time on the golf course when we went out to have pictures done. Perfect place for a perfect day!

Lockdown wedding and party 18 months later! We hosted the most intimate wedding between the Covid lockdowns. Then, once restrictions were lifted we hosted the most amazing and vibrant party to celebrate! Both events were lovely.
