Augill Castle what a team!! From the start of the planning to the day itself Wendy and her staff were amazing. Our wedding was what we wanted but so much more. We would definitely recommend Augill Castle for anyone wanting a different,quirky venue in a beautiful setting. 10/10 Diane and Terry.

There are not enough superlatives for us to capture in words how wonderful Augill Castle was as our wedding venue. We had the happiest, most beautiful day - beyond what we could imagine! The venue is a fairytale, it's so unique and full of character. Wendy as the wedding planner was absolutely wonderful, she made everything so easy and was always seeking to meet our needs and make sure our day was relaxed. She successfully facilitated a big surprise on the day! The food was amazing, the staff, the breakfast in the morning, the rooms... it was a 5-star experience in every way. We are so grateful for all their hard work in makimg our wedding so perfect. We really felt like the Augill family really cared - it didn't feel like a business or hotel, it felt so homely and authentic. We will want to go back there again as it will always hold a big place in our hearts!

Our wedding at Augill Castle was everything we could have dreamed of and much more! Both Wendy and Simon, plus their fabulous team, went out of their way to make our entire wedding weekend so special. The food and staff at Augill were outstanding. From the moment we arrived to after the event, there was no request too big and no question went unanswered. "Thank you" feels like much too small of a token of gratitude to match the immense appreciation we have for Augill Castle.

Wow what a beautiful peaceful place in a beautiful setting. The family run service and all the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, polite and professional we can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble.

A perfect venue for a small gathering in a magical castle, all for you and your guests. We booked the castle from Friday afternoon until Sunday lunchtime. This included afternoon tea and the friday, and dinner. Breakfast both mornings, cooked or continetal - totally your choice. Wedding breakfast, reception dinner/tea. All of the food choices are yours to decide, but Wendy was great at helping guide us through making our decisions. The bridal suite has it's own "wing" with a huge roll top bath and a massive four-poster bed - I felt like a proper princess! - There's enough rooms at the castle to accommodate around 30 guests. All the staff made the whole weekend run smoothly and were friendly and helpful. There's a self-serve bar at one end of the castle where you write what you have in a book and it gets added to your bill, which meant no-one needs to carry cash. there's even a little cinema, with proper cinema seats. There is also perfect outdoor space for more amazing photos too. My husband and a number of guests even went back the following year for our first anniversary. After coming back down to earth a little following a fabulous weekend, Taryn and I just want to confirm again what a wonderful time we had. The whole wedding couldn’t have gone any better, from start to finish everything was flawless and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Lucy, Faye and everyone else who’s names we didn’t get couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, and it made for what the majority of our friends and family are now saying is the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Certainly the best Taryn and I have ever been to, and we say that taking out the bias of it being our own! We had some crying flower girls at the end who didn’t want to leave and wanted to live in the castle forever
