Highly recommend. Venue is fantastic. Food is exceptional. Staff are highly attentive and helpful, in particular our wedding co-ordinator Kelly who made our special day run smoothly. All the guests loved it, as did we.

We hosted a Persian wedding and the arrangements the couple brought in really made the rooms look more elegant and striking.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Find out about any hidden costs - we don't have any but some places don't make these clear!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

The Bridal couple were both authors and as favours they provided books to everyone. The mantle decorations also consisted of books. It looked so vibrant and unique.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

The Common Room marble staircase with a fabulous red carpet!

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We have had many celebrity guests walk through our doors and our venue has also features in big blockbuster movies.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Cornish crab, chilli & coriander cake, red pepper, chilli jam. A perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

We love a bacon bap or a cone of fish fingers and chips.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

There are so many but I would say our heraldic painted stained glass windows, which features in the Common Room. The windows dates back to the 17th - 19th centuries; it represents the armorial bearing of lawyers and was formerly in the Hall of Sergeant's Inn in Fleet St.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Our service. From the weddings we have had the joy of being a part of, we always get rave reviews from the couple and this is due to the constant communication. Our wedding coordinators are there to assist you all the way.
