Your private chauffeur will arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, having researched and planned the route in advance and double-checked for any potential travel issues on the morning of the wedding. They will be immaculately presented, and after introducing themselves, they will offer chilled water to you and your party. They will be available to carry any luggage to the car and place it safely in the loadspace. They will also offer to carry your wedding dress train to the car, and from the car to the ceremony entrance on arrival. If it is raining, your party will be escorted to and from the car one by one under the cover and protection of a large umbrella. Your chauffeur will liaise with your photographer and videographer to ensure that your arrival and exit from the car is captured. During the ceremony, your chauffeur will clean the car, and prepare your complimentary Champagne, chilled water and bowl of mints for your return. In advance of your wedding day, we will work with you to agree your route of choice from the ceremony to the venue. This could be via a particular location for photographs – in which case your chauffeur will liaise with your photographer and videographer to ensure this runs smoothly and timely – it could be to take in some of your favourite sights or scenery, or simply to give you some precious private time together. Either way, it will allow your guests, photographer and videographer to arrive at the venue before you, and ensure your arrival and exit from the car is captured by all. Your chauffeur will assist you from the car, present you with your first Champagne cork as a married couple, and hand you the bottle to take with you to finish. After carrying your luggage in, your chauffeur will check the car to ensure nothing has been left behind, thank you for the day, and wish you all the very best for your future together.
