First, listen to customer to understand their requirements. If it's a particular model of car then talk them through this. If it's a general type of car then we get a picture of the location and time of year so as to best advise on the most appropriate one. A thorough handover of the cars controls and driving techniques and then 24 telephone support for any questions that may arise.
