What is your most memorable wedding?
They all have their memories for us whether it's the people we work with or the design they choose or the colours that compliment the day, each and every wedding has been different and for that we are lucky as it's always interesting and always a surprise.

What about your business are you most proud of?
It's been grown by us and our customers together, without each other neither would have got what we wanted, we love the fact that we work hard but our customers come back over and over, firstly for their weddings then for anniversaries, special birthdays, christenings, family and friends weddings and so on. Word of mouth is so important to us.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be prepared!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Seen too many to comment but love it when the couple do something personal to each other and it's almost their secret.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our website is set up for couples to see our designs, order samples, receive them to feel quality of work and ideas, then they come to us with how the wish to change things, maybe just the colours or ribbons, maybe they want to combine 2 or 3 of our designs, whatever they want, we do our best and we chat along the way to build rapport and understanding about their needs. This way the end result is fantastic and a pleasure for everyone to be part of.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
The invitation of course, need all your guests to be there to witness your vows to each other but you can also give them a slice of the day with an invitation designed to suit you and your colours schemes perfectly.
What is your best seller?
Our Luxury designs without a doubt.
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
Innovative I'm not sure but complicated I can give you...a customer in Trinidad and Tobago travelled a great deal with work and didn't want her previous invites sitting in courier warehouses and holds of planes. So we travelled to meet her PA at Heathrow to hand deliver, she in turn travelled to the States to meet our customers sister to take them onto Miami to hand them onto her brother in law, he waited there 3 days for the 'husband to be' to arrive and collect and then he in turn took them home. What a process!
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
Romance like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As our work can have a bespoke side many couples have specific things they like to add to make them personal and about them and their relationship. We are happy to add or change a design as much as a couple want to make it 'theirs.'
