What about your business are you most proud of?
Being able to do all sorts of print not just commercial. We are blessed with having the knowledge, time and experience to take on any type of order, regardless how big/small, simple/complicated.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Set a budget and always try to negotiate on every aspect of the purchase process of the wedding.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A canvas printed table plan set on an easel.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We would have an initial meeting to discuss colour schemes or themes of the wedding and what style paper stock and design, then I would advise of prices, send proofs of the designed stationery to them for approval then print the order to the deadlines of the client.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
It is all as important as each other, from advising the guests of the details of the wedding to showing them where to take a seat, there is no 1 part of the stationery that is more important than the other.
What is your best seller?
Our best seller would be the Thank You cards as we work with some local photographers who purchase them from us.
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
In person! There is nothing quite like experiencing the look on the clientss face when they see the stationery for the first time.
