What is your most memorable wedding?

I recently had an order for some bespoke watercolour wedding invitations and order of service booklets. My bride was quite particular that she wanted a stag and doe head on a bride and groom. Initially I have to say I was slightly apprehensive but the final result was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed working on them.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Simple, clean design, illustrative, modern, unique

What about your business are you most proud of?

The feedback I get from my brides, it's a lovely feeling to know they have enjoyed receiving their order as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make a spreadsheet to do list! I know it sounds nerdy but it will keep you organised and on top of things.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Once a couple contacts me we often discuss requirements either via email or on the phone then I can quote for the work. If they are local we may arrange a consultation for them to see some examples. I would then work through the design process and they would see digital proofs of their design to choose from and amends to their liking. Once all is approved the designs go to print, they are often then hand finished and packaged up to post to the bride and groom.

What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?

Invitations - they introduce your guests to the theme/style of your wedding and help them prepare for your big day!

What is your best seller?

My watercolour invitations with the vellum cover are by far my most popular design.

How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?

Through the wording and the design of the stationery, it all sets the mood for the most romantic day of your life!
