I’m Carrie, the designer behind Honey Bee Mine, a luxury wedding stationery studio based in Cheshire, creating design-led invitations and wedding-day stationery for celebrations across the UK and beyond.
From Signature Collections to completely bespoke commissions, I design each suite as part of the wider visual story of the wedding, bringing together typography, colour, beautiful papers and specialist finishes to create something that feels personal to the celebration.
Bespoke commissions can include everything from Save the Dates and invitation suites to menus, place cards, table plans, Orders of Service, welcome signs and other wedding-day details, with specialist finishes such as hot foil, embossing, die-cut shapes and layered formats.
Before launching Honey Bee Mine, I spent more than 20 years in graphic design and art direction, and I bring that broader design perspective to every wedding by thinking beyond individual pieces so the stationery feels connected from the first invitation through to the day itself.
I work with couples, planners and venues across the UK, offering both Signature designs and a fully bespoke service for couples looking for something distinctly their own.

Do you offer bespoke wedding stationery?
Yes. I offer both Signature Collections and a fully bespoke service. Bespoke commissions are created from the ground up around your wedding, venue and wider visual direction.
Can you create stationery for the whole wedding day?
Yes! This is my speciality. Alongside Save the Dates and invitation suites, I can create menus, place cards, table plans, Orders of Service, welcome signs and other wedding-day stationery so everything feels beautifully connected as part of your wider wedding design.
Do you work with couples outside Cheshire?
Absolutely. I’m based in Cheshire but work with couples, planners and venues across the UK and beyond.
What print finishes do you offer?
Depending on the design, commissions can include specialist papers, hot foil, embossing, die-cut shapes, layered formats, pocketfolds and other tactile finishing details to perfectly capture your vision.
How far in advance should we enquire?
I’d recommend getting in touch as early as you can, particularly for bespoke commissions or larger wedding-day stationery projects, as availability is limited.
Can you work with our planner or stylist?
Yes. I’m very happy to work alongside planners, florists, stylists and venues so the stationery feels part of the wider wedding design.
Do you provide digital files for us to print ourselves?
No. I supply the finished stationery rather than print-ready artwork files, so I can ensure the finished result perfectly reflects the overall vision.
Is assembly included?
Yes. All of your invitations arrive fully assembled and ready to share. This includes elements such as pocketfold assembly, ribbon, belly bands, liners and layered pieces, depending on the collection or bespoke specification.
How do Signature Collections work?
Signature Collections offer a more streamlined way to work with Honey Bee Mine, using a curated design as the starting point. You can personalise the design with details such as wording, colours and selected finishes, while keeping the overall direction of the collection. They’re ideal if you love one of the existing styles but still want your stationery to feel personal to your wedding.
What does the design process look like?
Once you’ve enquired, I’ll guide you through the options and provide an indication of costs before you decide how you’d like to proceed. From there, I’ll gather the details I need, develop the design direction, and refine everything with you before we move into production and creation of your finished stationery.
