Our pricing is refreshingly simple: one payment, no subscriptions, no hidden fees. Basic is £29 and covers everything you need for your wedding day, including unlimited guest uploads, QR code signage templates, smart quality filter and of course your private gallery. Premium is £49 and adds our smart face-grouping feature, live slideshow, extended gallery storage, search by person, favourites, email reminders and cloud storage export. Both tiers are a one-off payment, so whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a 300-guest celebration, the price stays the same. No per-guest charges, no upgrade traps, no surprise renewals. What we do: Gather & Group is a UK-built wedding photo sharing platform that solves a problem every couple knows too well: your wedding photographer is brilliant, but their gallery takes six to eight weeks to arrive. Meanwhile, your guests are sitting on hundreds of candid moments, the speeches, the first dance, the tears during the vows, and those photos end up scattered across WhatsApp chats, lost in camera rolls, or never shared at all. We fix that. Within 24 hours of your wedding, you'll have every photo your guests took, beautifully organised in one private gallery.

How it works: On your wedding day, guests scan a QR code from your table cards, order of service, or signage. No app download, no sign-up, no faff, even Auntie Pat can manage it. They upload straight from their camera roll to your private gallery. You'll watch the memories roll in as the day unfolds.

Our pricing: Simple and honest. Basic is £29. Premium is £49. Both are one-off payments with no subscriptions, no per-guest charges, and no surprise renewals. Pay once, keep your memories forever.

What is Gather & Group?

Gather & Group is a wedding photo sharing service that lets your guests easily upload their photos from your big day. We automatically organise everything by person, filter out blurry shots, and give you beautifully organised memories to download.

How do my guests upload photos?

You'll receive a unique QR code to share with your guests - place it on reception tables, include it in your invitations, or display it at your venue. Guests simply scan the code with their phone, enter their name, and upload photos directly. No app downloads or accounts needed.

Can guests see each other's photos?

No. Only you (the couple) can view and download the photos. Guests can upload but cannot see what others have shared. This keeps everything private until you're ready to share.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium?

Both plans include unlimited uploads and our smart quality filter. Premium adds facial recognition (so you can find all photos of specific people), organised folder downloads, and extends your storage from 3 months to a full year.

My event is for more than one day. Can I use Gather & Group?

Yes of course! Your album works beautifully for weddings that span multiple days. Gather & Group album can collect photos throughout.

In fact, there's no time limit on when guests can upload, so photos from the Friday night drinks can sit alongside Saturday's ceremony and Sunday's farewell breakfast, all in one place.

Your QR code stays the same the entire time, so you only need one sign, one set of table cards, or one link to share. Guests can keep adding photos whenever the moment takes them.

Guests can still upload for the duration of your plan. Want to turn off the upload form? No problem, you have the ability to turn off uploads whenever you're ready through your dashboard.

Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?

No subscriptions, no recurring charges, just a simple one-time payment for your wedding.

We know weddings come with enough costs to keep track of. The last thing you need is another monthly subscription to remember (and eventually forget to cancel).

With Gather & Group, you pay once for your wedding and that's it. No surprise renewals, no ongoing fees, no awkward emails six months later asking why you're still being charged.

You can extend your storage time, or buy photo books from us, but these are totally optional.

We're getting married abroad, can we still use Gather & Group?

Yes, absolutely! Gather & Group works anywhere in the world - all your guests need is a phone with internet access to scan your QR code and upload their photos. A few things worth knowing:

  • Wi-Fi matters more than location. As long as your venue has Wi-Fi or your guests have mobile data, uploads will work. If the connection is slow, our system will automatically retry any failed uploads.
  • The live slideshow works the same way. Just make sure the display device at your venue has a stable internet connection.
  • Photobook delivery is international. We ship printed photobooks to many countries. Shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Your plan and pricing stay the same. Our plans are priced in GBP but we also display prices in USD and EUR. There's no extra charge for using the service abroad.

The only thing that needs to happen in advance is signing up and generating your QR codes, so as long as you do that before you travel you're all set.

Can I use Gather & Group from outside the UK?

Gather & Group is available worldwide! Your guests can upload photos from anywhere with an internet connection, and you can manage your gallery from any device, wherever you are.

We accept payments in GBP, USD and EUR. If you're happy to pay in one of those currencies, you're welcome to sign up regardless of where you're based.

Printed photobooks can be delivered to the UK, the United States, and selected European countries. Delivery options and pricing are shown at checkout based on your chosen delivery address. If your country isn't available for photobook delivery, you can still use every other feature of the service - gallery sharing, the live slideshow, facial recognition, downloads, and more.

What if there's no internet?

Don't worry - your guests' phones will save their photos as normal. They can upload them later when they're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, whether that's later in the evening, on the way home, or even the next day.

There's no time limit for uploading, so no photos will be lost. Many couples find that guests continue uploading photos for days after the wedding.

If you collect your guests' email addresses through the Guest Invites page, we'll automatically send them friendly reminders to upload their photos after your wedding. It's a great way to make sure no photos get forgotten on camera rolls.
