Great experience all round! Great follow up service and very helpful team.

My now-husband had much greater dealings with Samara James than I did, but he's always spoken very highly of the service he's received. When we went for the wedding rings, the sales associates were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and the appointment did not feel rushed at all. The quality and craftsmanship were exquisite. Friends and family to this day (almost 2 years after the engagement!) still comment on the ring. Our only issue was when my engagement ring got resized, it had to be redone a few times as it was not done properly, and in the end had to be remade. The upside is Samara James were the ones who pointed out that the resizing was not done to their standard, hence why they wanted to remake the ring, to ensure it was a quality that they were proud of. It is refreshing to see that they take quality and customer satisfaction seriously.
