When considering who should create my bespoke engagement, the credibility of the individual and there company was my number one factor. Raymond Morris of Quality Diamonds fulfilled this criteria and was very helpful from start to finish of the process. His knowledge of diamonds was extremely useful, especially when comparing various stones to select as my centre stone. Ray was also very patient and listened to each minute change I wished to make to every CAD the team at Quality Diamonds produced. This resulted in the finished article being better than expected. I would definitely highly recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone looking to purchase off-the-shelf jewellery and, in particular, bespoke pieces. Thank you for all your help guys and especially Ray. You have most certainly gone over and beyond of my expectations.

What fantastic service. Contacted Quality Diamonds for a loose stone. I discussed my requirements with Paul and he went away and did a trawl for the best available. We were back in touch extremely quickly with 2 lovely stones to choose from. I bought one and asked for it to be delivered on a Friday which it duly was. I cannot fault the service and quality of product and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I’ll be back!!!

Excellent service! Paul was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose an eternity ring for our 40th wedding anniversary! I wanted a tanzanite and diamond wishbone style ring and knew it was going to be difficult to match these so sent my existing ring to help get the colour right! Well I needn’t have worried as the ring matches perfectly. Great price and great service! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an engagement ring from here by choosing a specific diamond then the setting, could not have been happier with the result. The quality was outstanding and far beyond anything obtainable on the high street at a very affordable price. We then got my partners wedding ring from them. We set up a meeting at their office in Birmingham where we were shown samples and decided exactly what we wanted (Ray was brilliant). Communication was second to none, at all stages (including once they have your money). Can not recommend this company enough.
