Because we work from our own workshops as a manufacturer rather than a reseller, we can make your rings to your exact size and carat, typically within 14 days, or supply from stock ready to ship. Qualifying pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office and carry our registered maker's mark. Our pricing is transparent and gold-weight based — the day's fine-gold weight plus a clear making charge — so you always know what you're paying for. What metals and carats do you offer?
We work in solid 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold — yellow, white and rose — never plated. Every piece is solid gold throughout, so it keeps its colour and can be resized, engraved and worn every day.
Are your rings actually solid gold, or gold-plated?
Everything we make is solid gold, never plated. Qualifying pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office, which independently confirms the gold content.
Are your rings hallmarked?
Yes — qualifying pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office under the Hallmarking Act 1973 and carry our registered maker's mark. The hallmark is your independent guarantee of the metal and its fineness.
Can you make a ring in my exact size and carat?
Yes. As a manufacturer working from our own workshops, we can make your ring to your size and in 9ct, 14ct or 18ct — or supply from stock if we have your size ready. Not sure of your size? We'll help you measure it.
How long does a made-to-order ring take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within a few working days. Made-to-order rings are typically ready within 14 days, depending on the design and finish. If you have a date to work towards, tell us and we'll do our best to meet it.
Do you make bespoke or custom rings?
We do. Send us a sketch, a photo or just an idea, and we'll help turn it into a solid-gold ring — whether that's a bespoke wedding band, a diamond engagement ring or a matching set. You can chat with us directly by phone or WhatsApp throughout.
How is your pricing worked out?
Our pricing is transparent and gold-weight based: the day's fine-gold weight in your chosen carat, plus a clear making charge. That means you always know what you're paying for, and heavier or higher-carat pieces are priced fairly.
Do you offer engagement rings and diamonds?
Yes — solitaire and diamond engagement rings, eternity rings and gemstone jewellery. We offer certified diamonds, including IGI-certified and laboratory-grown options, and can talk you through the choices to suit your budget.
Can I order online and do you deliver across the UK?

Do you offer resizing, engraving and aftercare?
Yes. Because our rings are solid gold, they can be resized and engraved, and we're here for aftercare on the pieces we make. Just get in touch and we'll look after you.
