Heming, London (Burlington Arcade)

We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band from Heming. The engagement ring was from the Hatton Garden branch, and the wedding band from the Burlington Arcade branch. The staff were so patient with me, as I struggled to explain the kind of thing I wanted for both. But they found me the exact things I wanted, but was unable to put into words! The engagement ring arrived not exactly as it should have (this is believed to have been due to a change in design that had not been updated on the website), but it was easy for them to fix it. Can't recommend them more!
