I've built my business entirely from the ground myself with no business degree. Every enquiry I get makes me do a little happy dance!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We'll start with a free discovery call either via Zoom or face to face where you'll tell me all of your ideas and plans so far. Then we'll discuss exactly what you need help with, and from here I'll create a personalised propsal which will include details of the services I will provide you and a quote. Once you're happy with everything you'll sign a contract and pay a 30% deposit, and then we can get cracking!
For full plan clients, we'll usually start with the venue search. Once this is booked, then comes the fun part... your wedding design! Following a creative meeting, I'll create your bespoke design brief, which can then be used thereafter when booking suppliers. You'll have unlimited access to phone calls, emails, meetings and general support from me throughout the whole process. At the last hurdle I'll pull together all of the details and work out the logistics. I'll create your on-the-day schedule, and be there on the day to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible!
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Generally, I will be the first point of contact on a couples wedding day. Suppliers and staff will know to come to me with any questions or issues, and they will be resolved before you even know they happened.
What do you love most about your job?
Before you do anything... MAKE A BUDGET! Create a spreadsheet with a categorised breakdown listing how much money can be spent on each element. That way you can stay on top of money and know from the get go what you need to have saved. It will avoid things spiralling out of control - an all too common mistake.
