- Pre-wedding meeting with the couple (at the venue, or other location)
- Addition to any WhatsApp groups for the wedding
- Production of an 'internal schedule' to be approved by the couple ahead of the day
- On the day coordination to facilitation
- Assisting guests throughout the day and liaising between all suppliers
- Liaising with the venue staff, family members and/or wedding planner throughout the day
- Keeping everything to time, and solving any unforeseen problems behind the scenes

Offering a personal service to you on your day, ensuring all on the day duties are carried out and working with your suppliers to keep everything running to time, and your guests up to date on where to go at what times, and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time.
All bookings include a pre-wedding meeting with the couple to go through the schedule in detail and I am happy to be added to any WhatsApp suppliers groups you may wish me to be part of.
Specialising in Asian weddings, but am available for weddings and ceremonies of all faiths and cultures.
