The Eventists Pricing & Costs
£500 - £1,750
Project Management - £500
In consultation with you, we will develop and oversee a comprehensive project plan to ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, we will handle all supplier negotiations, and contracts and manage the supplier communications thereafter.
Supplier Sourcing - £0
This service is offered completely free of charge as we take a small fee directly from the supplier. This includes venue sourcing, sourcing of caterers and all other smaller suppliers such as Photographers, Wedding Cake Suppliers and so on.
Event Design & Concept - £500
We will craft a unique and personalized vision for your event. In consultation with you, we will provide an online and interactive vision board, curating a collection of images, color palettes, and ideas to visually communicate the overall aesthetic and atmosphere. Once this is agreed, and In line with your budget, we will then set about sourcing the agreed deliverables.
On-the-Day Coordination - £750 (for up to 8 hours, additional hours @ £80/hour) for 2 Eventists
Ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, we will coordinate and oversee all suppliers, services, guests and timeline on the day, from set-up to set-down or as required. This can even include assembling your decor!

Over the past 13 years, we have collectively managed hundreds of events, ranging from baby showers and children's parties to 21st birthday extravaganzas, weddings, corporate events, and Christmas parties. If you can name it, we've organized it! Although best friends for over 15 years, we had previously worked independently, but we've now joined forces to create 'The Eventists.' By combining our expertise and networks, you benefit from two event professionals for the price of one (and we can literally be in two places at once)! 😊
We have a passion for creating dream days and nights and enabling beautiful memories. There's nothing more exciting to us than getting to know our clients and becoming part of their journey as we navigate together, the intricacies of designing and delivering the perfect event.

What is your most memorable wedding?
Our most memorable wedding has to be the one with a surprise Bollywood flash mob! The bride and groom wanted a classic ceremony but with a bit of fun, so we helped orchestrate a secret dance routine involving family and friends. The look on the guests' faces when the DJ switched tracks and the crowd broke into a full-on Bollywood dance was priceless! It was the perfect mix of elegance and energy, and we loved every second of helping this couple bring a piece of their culture to life in such a joyful way. It reminded us why we love what we do—creating unforgettable moments that truly reflect each couple’s personality!

I'm most proud of how Hina and I have built a business that’s more than just planning weddings—it’s about creating lasting friendships. From our first planning session to the final farewell, we take time to truly understand each couple’s vision, values, and personalities, making the entire journey feel personal and enjoyable. By the end, clients aren’t just clients; they’re friends, and we often find ourselves celebrating other big milestones with them long after the wedding day. That genuine connection is what makes our work so rewarding!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Our number one planning tip? Start with your must-haves and nice-to-haves list! Prioritise what’s most important to you as a couple—whether it’s an unforgettable dance floor, a stunning floral setup, or a relaxed vibe. Knowing your priorities early on will help you make decisions with confidence, keep the budget on track, and ensure your wedding feels uniquely you. And remember, we’re here to help you keep the focus on what truly matters!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of our favourite personal touches? The couple who wrote little notes for each guest, filled with hilarious inside jokes and sweet memories. Watching everyone laugh (and maybe tear up a little) as they read their notes was priceless. One guest even joked they’d frame it because, ‘It’s the nicest thing anyone’s ever said about me!’ Personal touches like that bring everyone closer and keep the vibe fun and unforgettable!

Our process with clients is all about making wedding planning feel as smooth as possible! We kick things off with an initial consultation, where we chat about your vision, ideas, and anything you absolutely want (or definitely don’t want) on the big day. From there, we create a customised plan and timeline to guide each step, keeping you in the loop without overwhelming you. We offer unlimited planning sessions, so we’re always here to chat, brainstorm, and tackle questions as they come up.
As we get closer to the day, we’ll confirm every detail with your vendors, create a seamless schedule, and coordinate all those behind-the-scenes moments. On the day itself, we’re your eyes, ears, and magic makers—making sure everything runs perfectly so you can relax and enjoy. By the end, our couples feel more like friends, and we’re so glad to have shared in making their day unforgettable!
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Nothing’s too unusual for us—we’ve handled everything and taken it all in our stride! From surprise weddings at karaoke bars to tying the knot in the middle of a moving boat during a storm, we’re all about making the impossible possible. Whatever quirky idea you have, we’ll make it happen with a smile (and maybe a little bit of magic along the way)!

We ensure a stress-free wedding by taking care of everything, so you don’t have to! From the very start, we get to know your vision and priorities, making sure every detail is covered. We handle all the logistics, coordinate with vendors, and keep everything on track—so you can focus on enjoying the moment. On the big day, we’re there to take charge of everything behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Our goal? What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the joy of bringing a couple's vision to life—turning their dream day into a reality and seeing the smiles, the laughter, and the happy tears. There’s something magical about being a part of such an important moment in people's lives and knowing that, behind the scenes, I helped make it all happen. And, of course, I love the friendships we build with our clients. It's not just about weddings; it's about creating memories that last a lifetime.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
My favourite moment at a wedding? It has to be the first look—when the couple sees each other for the first time on their big day. There’s something so raw and emotional about that moment, and you can just feel the excitement and love in the air. Whether it's a tear, a laugh, or a big embrace, it’s always such a beautiful, unforgettable moment that sets the tone for the rest of the day.
