From a simple venue hire to a full scale wedding with all the trimmings we are here for you, as we own most of our equipment we can add and take bits so you only pay for what you need, the package price can be changed on reflection of what you require so you are in control of your big day. So then treat us as a blank canvas you can have what you want how you want it, we can offer you as much or as little as you wish. Its your wedding your way, let us be there to help and guide you though big day without all the stress. The choice is all yours, you can come to us or we can come to the venue of your choice. With the contacts we have made over the years we can get all the suppliers you need. A few extra things we can offer event staff / bar & catering staff / security team & equipment hire. "I highly recommend SA Events, who provided a fantastic service for my wedding and really went above and beyond our expectations. Richard's team arrived 40 minutes early in order to familiarise themselves with the venue and got to work before they had officially 'clocked on'; you can tell that they really do care about ensuring you have a hassle-free evening and will get stuck in and help with anything you ask them to. I'm quite a hands on person myself (and forgot I was supposed to do a few things prior to the wedding), and whilst sorting those things out had Richard coming over and offering to help, which I greatly appreciated as it wasn't in the service we had requested. The team looked smart and well-presented, and were polite and courteous at all times. This really was a flawless service, and I would hire SA Events again for any event I was planning in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help."

They saved the day
Richard and his team were superb and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. They stepped in at the last minute when the other company booked to provide serving and bar staff for my sister's wedding were unable to provide enough staff. Not only did SA Events UK provide the additional staff needed, but they effectively took over managing things behind the scenes. They saved the day and we don't know how we would have managed it without them!

What is your most memorable wedding?

Well all weddings are memorable as each wedding is different and we enjoy planning and working with the various teams on each occasion.

Im proud of my dedicated team, nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes above and beyond to make it a great day.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Start you planning early, write all your ideas down and go from there, remember its your day so try not to please everyone coming. Make it fun and memorable.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

For us the best thing is being supportive on the day to make it stress free, this is priceless and its stressful enough.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

So firstly once we receive the first call or message from the client we then check to see if the date is available, then we send out the booking form to gather more information. Once received i call the client to go over the form and requests to produce an accurate quote. Once the quote is accepted a 50% deposit is required to secure the day. We are on hand during the run up of the day just in case the client needs support or advice. 1 month before the big day we have anther chat to go over the booking form and see what needs changing or adding. All conversations are done before the big day so on the day we do not disturb you and so you have nothing to think about.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
