Practically Perfect Ceremonies is led by Lesley, an experienced, independent, Warwickshire wedding celebrant creating unique and fully personalised ceremonies across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties.
As a qualified wedding celebrant, Lesley offers bespoke celebrant led ceremonies for couples who want more than a standard registrar service. Every ceremony is written from scratch, ensuring that no two weddings are ever the same.
A celebrant led ceremony allows you as a couple complete freedom over location, content and structure. You can include
– personal vows and/or commitments;
– symbolic rituals such as handfasting or unity candle ceremonies;
– meaningful readings;
– family participation;
– cultural or spiritual elements
– religious or non-religious content.
Lesley recognises that your wedding ceremony is the centre piece of your day and with her style of blending traditional structure with modern warmth, and a little bit of fun too, she will be able to create that personalised ceremony to make your day special and she will be honoured to be your celebrant.
My own when I was able to choose my own music and create the whole ceremony.
Relaxed, fun, out-going, adaptable, organised
Being able to help my couples have that personalised ceremony that they will remember for ever.
Once you have got engaged, take a deep breath and stop. Then look at a celebrant wedding before booking your registrar.
Acknowledgements of special people who are no longer with the bride and groom.
After the initial discovery call comes the booking. Once the contract has been signed and booking fee paid I am available to my couples right up to and beyond the actual ceremony. Next comes our meeting about 6 months before their wedding where I hear your stories.
Following this I go away and write your personalised ceremony. You can edit, add or remove things before you sign it off. I will support your vow and commitment writing if you need help. We might include a symbolic ritual or other family and friends who want to say something - the choice will be yours. And right at the end I'll make sure everything is correct and officiate on the day.
You will also receive from me your 'Wedding Box' which includes your vow booklets, hard copy of your ceremony script, certificate, a card and chocolates.
By being totally prepared for the day, with a little bit of extra behind the scenes planning just in case ....
Make a budget right at the beginning and stick to it. There are so many suppliers that you might want, but if they didn't come into your mind when planning, then ask yourselves 'do you really need them?'
There are two - the bride walking down the aisle and the groom seeing her for the first time; at the end when they have the kiss.
