Oh my goodness, such a belated review, but think this is testament to how hectic our lives are and how crucial Poppy is to anyone’s wedding! Poppy Sienna Events was honestly the best decision we made when planning our Indian fusion wedding. I approached Poppy fairly soon after we got engaged, we had already just booked a venue for 6 months time. She masterfully worked together our vision (Sikh Punjabi and English) with her wealth of experience, and delivered the most amazing 2 days of events. This involved setting up connections, liasing with and orchestrating the delivery of some Punjabi suppliers my family had sourced for the traditional side of things, as well as doing what she does best and constructing the wedding of your dreams! She helped us find the balance of Indian and Western we wanted, and was able to provide really helpful suggestions and ideas. Initially my family were skeptical of whether we needed a wedding planner, but very quickly they came to see the unending benefits having Poppy involved brought! You can tell Poppy has worked on a number of different cultural weddings, which is something I was conscious of when researching/ approaching wedding planners. She was completely appreciative of the traditional elements that were important to my family we weaved into our celebrations, but her priority at all times was our vision as couple and ensuring we got exactly what we envisioned. lt genuinely wouldn’t have been the experience it was without Poppy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and this left us and our family to just immerse ourselves and completely enjoy the celebrations. It could have (definitely would have!!) been completely chaotic and manic shepherding 200 people into London and back for 5 events over 2 days but Poppy and her team were absolute pros. She managed to handle absolutely everything that cropped up, and throughout the planning process culminating in the 2 days, her and the team were faultless. Family and friends commented how well organised and perfectly seamless everything was, and as a couple we felt exactly the same. We are both very ‘hands on’ people, but we felt completely comfortable and happy to let Poppy guide us through this process. Her communication and accessibility were faultless; I had no qualms about her being my advocate because I knew she completely understood what we were hoping for and ensured we (couple, family, suppliers) were all working together in the same direction. Our fusion wedding the perfect mix of all the things important to both of us. Wedding planning can be such a stressful time but having Poppy in your corner alleviates so much of that. I cannot recommend Poppy enough, you definitely need her organisation, communication, empathy, and all round fabulous energy in your wedding!

I have had the pleasure of working with Poppy on a number of occasions this year, and each time she has been so friendly and very professional a great mix. As well as that Poppy really genuinely cares about the even which she is planning, down to all the small details. I would recommend Poppy to all of my clients. Poppy was absolutely amazing, there were a lot of moving parts to my daughter's wedding, with many suppliers but everything went perfectly (or if there were any problems we had no idea and was so relaxed throughout the planning process and on the day). She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. My daughter has commented on how fun the planning process was and how much she'll miss their meetings together!

Poppy was friendly and professional from our first message to her coordination on our wedding day. We met with poppy at our venue a few weeks prior to the wedding and talked through what was needed on the day and to share ideas. Poppy is your wedding wing-woman Nothing was ever too much for Poppy and her knowledge and experience was second to none, we trusted her right from the beginning and she helped us make some of the most important decisions, that I know without her, we would have struggled to make. Poppy was so accommodating as my partner and I both run our own businesses and are often in London, so she arranged for all of our in-person meetings to be wherever we were working that day. Without Poppy, we would have never been able to plan our wedding to the exceptional level that she did.
