Occurelle offers thoughtful wedding planning and coordination for couples who want a wedding that feels entirely personal, without planning taking over their lives.
Some couples want support from the very beginning, while others have already made progress but need help bringing everything together or handing over the final details. Full and partial wedding planning are available, alongside on-the-day coordination for couples who have everything sorted but want to relax and be fully present at their wedding.
For more focused support, my remote strategy sessions provide clarity around a particular challenge or stage of planning. I also offer an editable Wedding Bible, bringing the plans for the lead up and the wedding day together in one clear place.
Every planning and coordination package includes The Afterglow. I capture candid iPhone photographs and short clips throughout your wedding, then deliver them the following morning so you can relive it all straight away. It isn’t there to replace your photographer or content creator. It simply gives you something special to wake up to.
My approach is warm and decisive. I’ll help you make confident choices while keeping everything moving, giving you more space to enjoy the process and the wedding itself.
Occurelle is based in West Yorkshire, but I work with couples across the UK and beyond. My 2027 and 2028 diary is now open.

I’m based in Leeds, and I typically work with couples across Yorkshire and the North of England. I’m also happy to consider further travel, depending on the date and level of support required - simply get in touch to discuss your plans.
Which Occurelle service is right for us?
Full Planning is for couples who would like support throughout the entire process, while Partial Planning is ideal if you’ve already made a start but need expert help bringing everything together. On-the-Day Coordination ensures your plans are delivered seamlessly, and a Strategy Session offers focused guidance if you simply need clarity on what to do next. If you’re unsure, I’ll help you choose during your initial consultation.
Can you create a bespoke package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, so support can be tailored around what you’ve already planned and where you need the most help. Following an initial consultation, I’ll recommend the most suitable service or create a bespoke proposal around your celebration.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend enquiring as soon as you have your wedding date confirmed, particularly for full or partial planning. On-the-Day Coordination can sometimes be booked closer to the celebration, subject to availability. My diary is currently open for weddings in 2026, 2027 and 2028.
Will you be there on our wedding day?
Yes. Wedding day support is included within Full Planning, Partial Planning and On-the-Day Coordination. I’ll be there to oversee your suppliers, manage the timings and handle the behind-the-scenes details, leaving you and your guests free to enjoy the celebration.
When are you available?
Consultations and planning meetings primarily take place during evenings and selected weekends, making them easier to fit around the working week. Meetings can be held virtually or in person, depending on your location and the support required.
What is The Afterglow?
The Afterglow is Occurelle’s collection of candid, behind-the-scenes photographs and video clips, captured discreetly on an iPhone throughout your wedding day and delivered the following morning. It’s included as a complimentary addition to all planning and coordination services, giving you something wonderful to relive while you wait for your professional gallery.
Do you receive commission from suppliers?
No. Supplier recommendations are always based on their suitability for your wedding, style and budget. I don’t take commission for referrals, so you can feel confident that every recommendation is made with your best interests in mind.
How are payments structured?
A 25% booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is divided into manageable instalments, with the full payment schedule clearly outlined in your proposal before you commit. Bespoke services and Strategy Sessions may follow a slightly different payment structure.
What happens after we enquire?
Once you’ve completed the enquiry form, I’ll be in touch within 72 hours to arrange a complimentary consultation. We’ll talk through your plans, priorities and where you’d most value support. If it feels like the right fit, I’ll then send a tailored proposal outlining the recommended service and next steps.
