At Mon Bleu Events, we believe your wedding day should feel completely your own, effortless, personal and genuinely unforgettable. We offer three tiers of support, so you can choose exactly the level of help you need.
The Foundations Experience — from £550
Perfect if you're just starting out and want expert support securing the right venue and catering. Includes an initial consultation, budget assessment, 3–5 curated venue options, caterer sourcing, viewing coordination and booking support. If you upgrade to Full Planning after booking, this fee is deducted.
The Signature Experience — from £2,500
Ideal if you've planned your wedding yourself but want a professional to take the reins in the final stretch. We take a full handover 12 weeks out, review every supplier and contract, take over communications, build your detailed timeline, walk the venue and plan logistics, then coordinate flawlessly on the day.
The Full Planning Experience — from £4,950
Our complete, start-to-finish planning and design service. We take full ownership from venue search through to floor plans, full supplier sourcing (catering, floristry, production, entertainment and more), unlimited consultations and site visits, budget management, and a bespoke day-of schedule. You simply enjoy your engagement.
On-the-day coordination is a compulsory addition to both the Signature and Full Planning Experiences, priced separately according to guest numbers:
Up to 100 guests — £900 (1 Event Manager, 1 Event Assistant)
100–200 guests — £1,600 (2 Event Managers, 1 Event Assistant)
Over 200 guests — £1,950 (2 Event Managers, 2 Event Assistants)
We don't offer on-the-day coordination as a standalone service. Stepping in on the day without having reviewed your suppliers and plans in advance means we can't guarantee they meet our standards, or catch problems with enough time to fix them. Our packages ensure your day runs exactly as it should.
We take on a limited number of weddings each month, so we can give every couple the attention they deserve. Get in touch to check availability for your date.

How far in advance should we book you?
As soon as you have a date in mind. We take a limited number of weddings each month, so early enquiries have the best chance of securing us.
Do you only plan weddings in London?
No. We're London-based but plan weddings across the UK and Europe, where cultural nuance and local supplier relationships matter just as much as the big picture.
Can we book just on-the-day coordination?
No. We only coordinate weddings we've been closely involved in planning. It's how we guarantee your suppliers and plans meet our standards, with no surprises on the day.
What's the difference between your three packages?
The Foundations Experience secures your venue and catering. The Signature Experience takes over from 12 weeks out if you've planned it yourself. The Full Planning Experience is completely managed from day one. All packages except Foundations include a dedicated on-the-day coordination team, priced separately by guest numbers.
Do you help with budgeting?
Yes, in the Full Planning Experience we manage your budget from start to finish. It's not included in Foundations or Signature.
Will you handle styling and design?
Design concept and styling direction is part of the Full Planning Experience only.
How many people will be at our wedding on the day?
Your on-the-day team scales with your guest count, from one Event Manager and Assistant for smaller weddings, up to two of each for weddings over 200 guests.
What do we need to secure our date?
A signed agreement and deposit. Once that's in, your date is exclusively yours.
Do you work with our own suppliers, or do we have to use yours?
We're happy to work with suppliers you love, and we'll recommend trusted ones from our own book where needed.
What makes Mon Bleu different?
We treat every wedding as if it were our own, calm, creative and completely tailored to you as a couple. No two weddings we plan look the same
