What is your most memorable wedding?
Wow this is difficult to answer as each and every wedding is unique to the couple. Generally I just love that each ceremony I deliver really emphasises the couple and what makes them unique
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Modern, Relaxed, Friendly, Professional, Passionate
What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud of the feedback I receive, especially when couples comment that I really understand their needs and what makes them tick. This is shown in my 100% 5 star reviews on Google
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay true to yourself and your vision and pick suppliers who can match your vision. Ask the suppliers you have already chosen to perhaps recommend like minded contacts to you.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I personally love when pets are included, I am a doggie person so to have your best friend a part of your ceremony is always a special touch for me.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I meet every couple face to face (or on video call if abroad) and we have a good informal chat to take down all the details and content for your ceremony. The couple will receive regular scripts to approve along the process until they are happy with the full script. If the couple have chosen to write their own vows to each other these are kept secret so I liaise with each individual to get these in to place.
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Before the day I speak with your venue staff, photographer and videographer and introduce myself and run through any details they may need to know. I arrive at the venue an hour before the ceremony is due to start so that I can be sure everything is perfect for you. I also try my best to speak to both of you before we start just to calm nerves and give you my reassurance that all is ready.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting so many different types of couples and talking about their love story. Because my ceremonies are so personal it's important that I understand you both and when we meet the chats I have really fill me with joy - there are no two couples the same and that's why I never have standard questions or a standard script.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
Always the moment just before the couple leave the ceremony! Suddenly the nerves are gone and the realisation that they've done it is a very emotional part.
