Kelly Garrick is the founder of Kelly Garrick Celebrants based in Blackpool. I have qualified with the highest level diploma with the IoCF and have been leading ceremonies since 2012 during my time as a Deputy Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages. I am passionately invested in recognizing what is truly important to every client and with more than two decades of experience and qualifications in Event Management, Project Management, I understand the fundamentals of creating a fab wedding.
