We specialise in listening to our client's brief, and having been instructed to assist them over the coming weeks and months, we present a variety of quotes from suppliers whose work we are familiar with. We specialise in marquee events, but are very happy working in venues. We will introduce you to caterers, musicians, florists, lighting specialists, sound and production, bands, transport and accommodation in the area, a choir, horse and carriage company to name but a few of the suppliers whom you may need! We will guide you throughout the planning process, be there to receive deliveries, manage the event on the day and we can be the last person on site to turn off the generator. We charge a fee for our services, but bearing in mind that we have your best interests at heart both financially and practically, if we are offered discounts through being 'in the trade' or having built up a good relationship with suppliers, we will pass these on to you. We do not take commission from suppliers. Originally based in London, and for the last 20 years working in Suffolk, we work throughout East Anglia and the South of England, but are always happy to travel further afield.
