I founded ido.bella during my own wedding planning journey, so I truly understand how overwhelming it can feel. With a background in creative design and over ten years of experience delivering high-profile creative events for international clients, I bring together complex logistics, creative vision, and seamless execution to create weddings that feel effortless, meaningful, and beautifully personal.
Planning a wedding can be all-consuming, and that’s exactly why I do what I do. I’m here to bring clarity to decisions, calm to the chaos, and thoughtful organisation to every step of the process, so the planning feels just as special as the day itself.
I believe weddings are like our children; no two are the same, and each one is deeply personal to the couple. Every wedding I work on is treated with genuine care, attention, and intention. Whether I’m supporting you with full wedding planning, partial planning, or on-the-day coordination, my focus is always on creating a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
On your wedding day, I’ll be working quietly behind the scenes, managing timelines, suppliers, and logistics, so you can be fully present, savour the moments, and celebrate the start of forever, knowing everything is taken care of.

I offer a range of wedding planning and coordination packages to suit couples at every stage of their journey, from on-the-day coordination to full-service wedding planning, event design and management.
If you’re already partway through planning but need another pair of hands, I also offer bespoke packages tailored to exactly what you need. Whether it’s tying together loose ends, managing suppliers, supporting in your creative vision, or bringing structure to your plans, I’ll step in and support you wherever you are in the process.

During my own wedding planning journey, nothing frustrated me more than not knowing the cost of a service upfront. You’re already juggling suppliers, budgets, and big decisions; you shouldn’t also have to chase or wait for pricing information.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a coordinatior
A Wedding Planner manages the entire planning process, including budgeting, supplier sourcing, scheduling, event design and overall coordination leading up to, and on, the wedding day.
A Wedding Coordinator will be on hand on the actual wedding day, ensuring all details run smoothly without the couple having to manage logistics themselves.
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and you?
A venue coordinator represents the venue and ensures their operations run smoothly.
As your independent coordinator, I represent you. Managing your timeline, communicating with suppliers, handling logistics, and making sure every detail matches your vision, not just the venue’s.
When should we hire a wedding planner or coordinator?
If you want a wedding planner to help bring your dream wedding to life, it’s best to hire one as soon as you start planning, so we can manage everything from the very beginning.
If you’re looking for a wedding day coordinator, it’s best to book early to avoid disappointment, but they can usually be appointed 2–3 months before the wedding, as this is when I start finalising the day’s plans and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on.
Will you work with suppliers we've already booked?
Of course! If you already have some key suppliers booked, I can coordinate with them and integrate them into the rest of your wedding planning. Just let me know when you enquire!
How often will we meet or communicate?
This depends on your package.
Full wedding planning clients can have unlimited meetings with me! These are usually every 1-2 months at the beginning and get more frequent the closer to the wedding when final decisions need to be made. But if you have a question - contact me!
If you have booked on-the-day coordination, clients will have a long handover meeting 4-6 weeks out from their wedding to run through the details, and potentially a couple of smaller meetings focused on logistics closer to their date.
Do you help with timelines for the wedding day?
Yes, I create a detailed schedule covering the ceremony, reception, supplier arrivals, photos, speeches, and everything in between to keep the day seamless.
If you have on-the-day coordination only, I will ensure that all suppliers have a copy of the timeline 4-6 weeks out from the wedding, following on from our detailed handover call.
Will you design/style my wedding for me?
Based on your vision and budget, I work closely with your stylist and florist to bring your ideas to life. You will have opportunities to review, amend, and approve all plans and final details, ensuring everything reflects exactly what you want.
While I have a background in design and have worked closely with creative teams for many years, my role is to manage the process, not to design specifically myself. I’ll help you clearly define and communicate your vision to your approved stylist, who will transform your ideas into a beautifully cohesive design that feels true to you as a couple.
You can trust that I’ll be there throughout, overseeing every detail, making sure your vision is perfectly executed, and ensuring the entire experience is seamless and stress-free.

Will you plan all of our logistics?
Absolutely! I will manage the entire process and oversee all logistics with your chosen suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
My role focuses on coordination, communication, and seamless execution, bringing all the moving parts together behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Nottingham with extensive knowledge of the Midlands, but I’m experienced in managing events and projects across the UK. From city celebrations to countryside venues, I ensure every detail is coordinated flawlessly, wherever your wedding is held.
